So after receiving this chair and after the procrastination of putting it together, lol, this chair is pretty much exactly as advertised. There are only a couple things I’ll mention that are not necessarily “issues” with the chair but more just a couple things that I’ve noticed after using it for about a week now. #1: After sitting in it for a bit now, I will say these chairs are a little misleading when it comes to the seat cushioning that they have, it looks reallllly thick in pictures but it’s pretty much the same as any upper level office style chair. So to me its nothing amazing but it is very comfortable for longer sitting periods none the less. #2: maybe it’s just the way I sit idk, but it seems that if you sit farther forward on the seat instead of alll the way back into it, that it likes to almost tip forward on you lol, like I said maybe I just sit on the edge of my seat to much so don’t read to heavily into this one, if you sit like a normal person its 100% good to go, I just know with as many people out there as there are, some of you are bound to be edge of seat sitters too so maybe the mention is a help. All in all though for the price point and the type of chair it is it’s pretty great all around, like I said those are just minor things I’ve noticed and not complaints. Hope this helps some of you.

Second chair from this brand and it’s great. Comfort is not mind blowing but about as good as it’s gonna get from the gaming chairs considering I’ve had about 5 and they’ve all felt the exact same. Truthfully none of them are going to prioritize comfort so if that’s your main concern I’d opt for an office chair. Other than that this chair looks phenomenal.

Lumbar support has buckles in a weird spot that makes it annoying to adjust because they can’t slide between the seat and back smoothly. arm rests don’t twist they only go up and down. Could have more cushion as well. Otherwise the materials seem to be good quality and the price is hard to beat.

I’ve been using this chair for a couple of months now and I actually really love it. I am 300-310 pounds and I was really worried that this chair wouldn’t be able to handle my weight or I thought I would break it. I thought it wouldn’t be a good chair and it has been hard to find really good ones. But after the usage I’m really surprised how comfortable it is, you can sit back nicely and the chair won’t fall back, it’s pretty sturdy and it doesn’t hurt my back. It was easy to assemble as well, it shouldn’t take you over an hour or 50 mins to do so and the instructions aren’t hard to follow. It’s a pretty good chair, I recommend!

This chair is sleek and very functional. I wouldn't use the leg rest as I feel its too week for me (240lbs) but a smaller person should be fine. It could use more cushion but for the price this chair is great. I also recommend changing out the wheels. I upgraded all the wheels on my chairs and it really makes a difference.

The chair does not have good padding and the size restrictions are for very large tall people, except the foot rest which will be more in the upper calf to knee area if you try to use it. This seller gave me such a hard time when I tried to return it they insulted me and told me because it would be hard to ship back I should just keep it and give it away with no refund. It has been a month since I first requested the refund and started the back and forth with the seller and the A-Z team each time with a different story or excuse. Amazon received the money but claims the seller will have to refund it even though they have no idea where it came from because it went to Amazon. I have no chair it was shipped back and no refund as of yet I am out interest and another 28 dollars for a box to ship it back and don't be fooled if Amazon says or offers a time period that you no longer have to deal with the seller. A-Z helping with the return is a joke.
