I just got this chair, and I'm liking it so far. The instructions that were fairly easy to follow. It even came with some spare hardware, which was a nice touch. The chair is comfortable. I haven't tried to hook up the speakers yet because they're not a priority for me. I only have two complaints and that's why I am giving only 4 stars. 1) The footrest is pretty flimsy. It's basically U shaped metal tubing with a cushion on it, and it's secured to the chair by the two ends of the U shaped tube sliding through two plastic connector tubes that are screwed onto the bottom of the chair. The footrest slides in and out through those tubes. Think of it like a tray that slides out from beneath the seat, except supposedly it's there to hold human legs. Besides the fact that pulling the footrest in and out is a bit clunky, it seems like any serious weight on the footrest will damage or break those plastic tube connectors. Putting my legs on the footrest makes the footrest (tray???) bend down too much to be good for the chair. Nope. I'm not not gonna break this thing. 2) If you're like me and over 6' tall or so, plan on buying a taller chair cylinder and installing it when you first assemble the chair. You can get one for about $25-$30. The cylinder that comes with the chair is pretty short. When you hit the lift lever, well, it almost doesn't lift at all. I'm 6'2", and after I replaced the stock chair cylinder with one that has a 6" boost, this chair is comfy! Do NOT install the factory cylinder to try it out and then try to change it later. Trust me. It's a LOT more work removing a chair cylinder than you think. Just put a taller cylinder in the chair from the get-go and be done with it. Ok, I'll add one more small gripe: It would have been nice if the arm rests were padded. They're not uncomfortable, but if they were padded I just about could recline this chair and nap out for a while because otherwise it's pretty comfortable. The media could not be loaded. Was skeptical about this chair because of the review images- I was worried there would be wrinkles in the chair in a certain place because of the images in reviews but fortunately the chair is in great condition! <3 I will include an extra image of the area i was worried about. I am satisfied with the chair, I love it and so does my cat, Bourbon! It’s my first gaming chair, and the first furniture I’ve ever assembled mostly on my own. I ordered it because I was in desperate need of a decent chair to use while gaming since my old office chair was just not comfortable and I got it in a time crunch and came just on time! My sister also let me know that the quality of the chair, for its price, is super good. Don’t know much about gaming chairs but, as she is a hardcore gamer, I trust her word. The speaker is quite cool, my computer doesn’t have any sound system so I’ve been stuck using my headset but the speakers give me the freedom to take them off now. The quality is not bad, but it would probably sound worlds better if they weren’t on the outside/back of the chair, or had something to direct the noise toward the front of the chair, like, a little cup could work to do that. Also, it would be nice if it came with a plug to go straight into my computer so I don’t have to open the Bluetooth settings every time I wanted to connect/disconnect, but its totally fine that it doesn’t! My only grievances were how the instructions to install the covers, to the part that leans the chair back, confused me a bit, and the foot rest is not my cup of tea, which I’ll just end up taking off since it’s so easy to do so anyway. It personally makes my legs hurt sitting with my legs up for too long and makes it hard to reach my keyboard with the desk I have, but no biggie! :) I didn’t use the pillows that came with it yet, so no review for those. All in all it’s really adorable and worth the buy for a simple cute setup!! I reccomend. ... show more

Back in 2019 I bought a GT Racing chair (without the footrest) and I loved it, up to this day the chair looked like new and was super comfy to me. I had to leave that chair behind since I moved, but I knew I wanted the same brand because of the quality and how much I loved it. This time i decided to upgrade to this model because the footrest sounded like a great idea, however when it arrived I noticed the quality of the packaging wasn't the best. As soon as I opened everything up, I realized the way the chair was packaged the leather looked a bit damaged and squished. The seat of the chair I actually had to reach to the brand to replace since it was ripped on a spot and I did want it to be like new, and the brand was super fast to respond and send me a brand new seat, which I appreciated because apart from the rip I noticed the cushion on the seat was pretty damaged as well and had many marks. The new seat replacement was perfect, I think it had to do with the fact that it was packaged individually so no other elements were on top of it that could damage it. I put the chair together and I do love it, but i noticed the lumbar pillow also looks squished and a few of the back of the seat spots also look like that... i'm hoping it might go away with time but I doubt it. It really is not thaaat noticeable, but I guess I was a bit disappointed still because the chair looks a bit worn even though it is brand new. Instructions super simple except the footrest part I had to look online to make sure it was right because i wasn't sure, it was simple but the instructions were vague on the footrest. Apart from damaged appearance, I do love this chair. The quality is great and I find it to be pretty comfortable and great for long use. I hope this one with footrest is even better. I do not love that I have to buy something else for the speakers to work on my computer but I'm not even sure i will use the speakers at all. I wish the armrests could adjust more inwards but everything else is great. Also, looks pretty cute all in all which is something i like. It is a great quality chair for the price, it looks good and feels good, wish they packaged better so that it looked perfect but that's my only complaint and I'm sure the brand will send replacements if you consider the damage to be a lot. ... show more
