I bought this chair for my daughter. While she is a gamer, she’s also a professional artist, and that was the main reason why we purchased this chair. She’s 5’10, and needed a chair that would fully support her, especially as she tends to spend the majority of her day on projects. Other chairs did not support her back or arms, and she’d often have difficulty standing after her drawing sessions because of her back and leg pain. Not so with this chair!!! The neck pillow provides excellent head/neck support, and the adjustable lumbar pillow is perfect for back support. And the cushioning on the backrest, seat cushion, and armrests, support everything else! She has sat for many sessions that lasted more than 12 hours, and has NEVER had a complaint with this chair. The chair held up pretty well with above average use over the past year or so. The ONLY reason why we had to contact the seller was because the chair got damaged during a recent move. DESPITE the fact that the chair was no longer covered by a warranty, (it had just expired the week before! 😱), the seller WILLINGLY replaced the damaged parts, at NO COST TO ME! They did not have to do that. During a time when most companies either don’t care, or can’t afford to care, this seller still provides excellent customer service, and therefore, stands out. The customer service representatives are kind, efficient, professional, and courteous; they ALWAYS respond to their messages promptly - even throughout the holidays. The cost of this chair is WELL WORTH IT, especially when you take into account the quality of the product, and the exceptional customer service provided by the seller!     • My thoughts of the GTracing chair!
Decent chair! Stylish! It has bluetooth speakers stereo sound in which, you can setup with your music and recline and relax with a mobile device. Good for back and arch support when you’re sitting on it correctly and pretty comfortable too. My only gripe to the chair is that I wish that the gaming chair elbow height were more flexible little bit higher up. You can adjust it but only to certain height. It feels as though I am push my elbows down and shoulders slightly and that is highest it will go up for the arm heights. Despite that overrall I would recommend it to anyone who has read this that is looking for a gaming chair. Hope you like it! ... show more

Let me start this by saying...if you're debating on the bluetooth speakers and whether they are worth it...for me they are NOT. Not to say they're bad, I just don't ever use them haha. I thought I might and that's why I bought this one but, I don't. If you have external speakers and/or a headset then....I don't see why you would use the chair speakers over those. However, that's just me and I am beyond satisfied with this chair. The quality is great and building it was pretty simple. I did it on my own. One last bit of info/advice. While the chair can lean back pretty dang far, be ready to fall if you plan to lay down in it. If you offset that weight for just a second...you're going down. As I have already once. Great for work or gaming. I work from home and I brought this chair to work/game in. It is comfortable enough to sit for 8+ hrs and wasn’t to hard to assemble. I love the neck support as it can be adjusted to fit me and I’m tiny 5”1 120lbs. The chair is also big enough and comfy for my husband who is 6’4 280lbs. The Bluetooth speaker is quick to charge and connects to my gaming systems, phone, tv and computer. If Goldilocks had to pick a chair this is it. I wish it had a recliner feature but I guess be happy that it’s actually comfy to sit in. ... show more

    • Was great until it wasn't
I bought the chair in November 2020. I have had it for a little over 2 years. I was a bigger person when I bought it thus I went with a chair that was rated for a heavier person. I am no longer a bigger person and could use a regular gaming chair. The first issue is safety and easily avoidable on my part. I would notice is if I tried to pick something up off the floor in front of me the chair would tip forward. The next issue I found was mechanical. The lift has gone out of the chair and it goes down on its own. I have come home and found it all the way lowered when no one sat in it all day. Very comfortable especially if your having to sit a lot & I Love I can listen to music just from my phone is not that loud for others but it's loud enough... Or when I'm helping my son with homework & we can't hear the video on computer just bluetooth to the chair speakers & we both hear it great.
