The media could not be loaded. you have to set it up but honestly the instructions are pretty clear, it took me like 30-45 minutes to put it all together and the speaker is actually pretty loud and good quality, definitely worth it !

I've had this chair for a few days now and I can definitely say it's worth the price! I tried a few of these racing style chairs at office supply stores and I can say this is just as, if not more, comfortable than some of the higher priced options. The color is beautiful light. pink and the cushion heights are easily adjustable and removable. Assembly took me about an hour as I had never assembled this style chair before and I had used the wrong screws for attaching the base plate, so I had to remove it and start over but otherwise it was simple. Mine did not come with assembly instructions but they can be found online with a quick google search. I have been on this chair for about 8-9 hours a day for the past four days and I am experiencing no back pain which is unusual for me. I haven't used the bluetooth speakers yet since I have a gaming headset that I use. I can't rave about this chair enough!

The color is perfect; assembly was straight forward; pillows, arm rest covers, Bluetooth connection, and chair itself all work well and are in good shape. The only negative I have so far is that the arm rests are a bit far apart, don't get high enough, and rotate a bit too easily. The fact that they do rotate, though, makes up for the height-issue enough to use it with the desk and keyboard I have, but if my set-up were different it would be a deal-breaker. I am 5'7" and my arms are long, and I have hypermobile shoulders so I need good support. I also use the neck pillow along with the lumbar pillow because the lumbar pillow is too small for me. I haven't ever come across a gaming chair like this that actually supports correct back and neck posture, though. It's good enough for me. High-point is that the pink is SO CUTE!

I have to say, I am a 50-year old mom who is not tool-savvy and I put this together with just what was provided in the box (an allen wrench and some bolts) . So I'd rate very easy to assemble and well-drawn instructions. The chair is very nice looking and is comfortable and adjusts easily. I would agree with other posters that the foot rest is a bit lacking BUT most similarly-priced chairs don't have one. For my 9 year old son, the foot rest is fine, maybe not so great for full sized adults. Overall we are very happy with the purchase. (note the photo was before I put the dust caps on the sides -he was so excited to get gaming!)

I love the fact that it reclines with a lever and the Bluetooth speakers just make it the perfect touch to complete this chair. 10/10 would buy again!

The chair is soooo cute i was a little scared that i won't be able to fit in it but i fit great in it. The picture they do have on amazon is a little misleading becasue the arms and legs on the chiar came white and pink just what i wanted. I was sad when i seen the picture thinking it was going to be black and not fit the rest of the chair. But then again the pink and white arm and legs is something they may be doing new. IDK I was going to put a 4 star because when I plug in my phone to the spearkers of the chair only one spearker work and it was very low to the point you couldn't here the singer sing, BUT when i plug in the bluetooth box to the chair and connect my phone to the bluetooth the spearkers was very loud and nice. I recommend this chair, and it great for its price.

I love this chair. It’s so comfortable and it looks amazing too. I love the pillow supports and it can recline. I haven’t messed with the Bluetooth at all because it’s a computer chair and I typically have a headset on anyways. But definitely worth the money. Only complaint is that putting the wheels on the chair was an absolute pain. And aligning the back cushion of the chair with the metal parts is a nightmare. Other than that the instructions were easy to follow and worth it in the long run. Would recommend two people for the set up.
