update January 2026 - This chair is horrible, it creeks and moan, still a solid chair but it is the most uncomfortable chair I have ever used, much rather have any of the chairs I had at work places, feels like you will slide off and bottom is not comfortable, in fact hard as a rock. 8 hours of torture, wish I never bought it. August 2025 - Excellent chair, very solidly built, easy assembly, I would of expected to sit straight or a little low in back but it kind of feels a little lower in front so I am sitting slightly downhill it's a little different than I am use to but maybe I am being picky, I doubt I notice it in a few weeks, very comfortable.

The media could not be loaded. Good chair, very good build quality. Some things to be really mindful of if you’re a bigger person like myself is that the chair doesn’t hold up to 400lbs. The manual says up to 260 or something like that. As soon as you sit on it, it will complain but maybe that’s just the chair settling. It has really plush cushioning on the back and firm seat so it will support your weight, for a few hours, but it is definitely not a chair to sit on consistently for 12 hours, if that’s your intended use. I asked the manufacturer for silent wheels, which they shipped free-of charge (as seen in my picture and video).

TL;DR Just good enough I won’t send it back, bad enough I wouldn’t recommend. The good: the chair looks nice and is fairly comfortable. Assembly was reasonably easy and instructions were good. The bad: I’m 250 lbs and it doesn’t feel sturdy. One of the armrests didn’t work until I drilled holes the factory had forgotten. I wasn’t expecting to have to assemble the chair myself, and this took a lot of assembly. This would be a good gift for someone I don’t like very much.

Comfortable, but that's about the only good thing I can say about it. It's rated for 400lbs and I'm 240lbs and it didn't last 6 months before the piston started to give out and now the chair is wobbly and unstable. I do online school and game a decent amount so I spend quite a bit of time in it, but 6 months? This is a ripoff. I feel like I got one week left before the thing just fully falls apart. You can hear the bolts creak when you lean back in it on first use (and every use after) and the leg rest is built for someone that is 3ft tall (and 400lbs somehow) so I never used it. I'm just pissed I barely got 6 months out of this piece of crap. You're better off shelling out for better brands like Secretlab unfortunately. Better that than buy a new chair every 6 freaking months. Looks-wise, it's boxy and ugly and looks a lot sturdier than it is. The fake leather is alright, but you won't fool anyone. The seat could be deeper, but I have long legs so I run into that issue with every chair I buy. Overall, don't waste your money for the love of god. Edit: The piston fully snapped off the support bracket within 2 hours of writing this review and that was just from me wheeling it away from my desk. I've also noticed that where most companies have a floating flexible thick steel bracket to allow some give and maintain stability, this company has chosen a thin rigid bracket that doesn't allow any flex and that was the exact point of failure on my chair. So unless you have perfect posture and plan on evenly distributing your weight perfectly every time you sit, this chair is quite literally designed to fail.

The chair is probably not a bad value because of the lower price it sells for but it's not comfortable for me for my long work days. There is not enough padding in the seat and it doesn't lean/rock back. You can use a lever on the side to release the tilt for the back. Like a car seat. You have to use the lever again to raise the back of the chair up to it's normal position. The padded arm rests are nice but loose. The chair is not going to work out for me.
