I could not be as satisfied with customer support. I recently was on the Amazon deals and, I bought this chair since the other one gave me back pain. I thought I paid for the item but 9 hours later I got a notification that my card was expired and immediately after I fixed the issue, it was shipped within 3 hours and was delivered less then a week later. Although other reviews mention the hard cushions, they make it work in regards to area support. However the massage function for the bottom cushion is awful and prickles at your back. Footrest is good as well. Setup is easy with clear instructions if you know how how to tighten a screw it will be easy. Other then that, in regards to core purpose quality (which is common routes for Amazon companies) outdoes itself. Optional additional functionality is not the best. But I would recommend. A comfortable gaming chair as is, though the massage isn’t very good its overall feel makes up for it as I just wanted a gaming chair. if you are looking for massage that’s another whole type of chair that’s stationary this is good quality and reliable if an error occurs with the support. ... show more

There was some hardware issue with threading the bolts to the frame to chair. I'm assuming the fabric inside was getting in the way. Took me 30 minutes to get the screw to start. Good things, it seems sturdy. I've had it for 4 months now and other than the arms needed to be tightened many times, I think the fastener finally set into position. So keep your tools if you don't have any Allen wrenches. Over a duration of sitting, your back does seem to hurt. But I have back issues anyways so I cannot say honestly it's the chairs fault. Overall a decent chair. I've put many hours in it. The leg prop is not that sturdy it seems but I don't use it. The great feature would be if the whole chair could tilt back not just the back. I'd give a 5 star plus. I think this would relieve some tension off your back and make a perfect chair. I give it a 4. ... show more

Edit. The seller has sent some new parts. I am hoping with the new parts it will be better. The company has been very helpful. The chair arms are terrible. There is no support to the cushion seat.     • Why didn't I buy one of these earlier?
Honestly I've been using a basic desk chair from staples for like 5 years now, I didn't think much of it, but with covid and working from home the chair started creaking and just generally being uncomfortable. I did some research and eventually settled on getting this chair from gtplayer, and honestly I'm kicking myself for not doing it sooner. It took 10 minutes to put the chair together, and the packaging came with all the necessary tools plus extra incase you need them. The seating area is firm but comfortable. The high back is a blessing that I never knew I needed. The small pillows for the neck and lumbar are nice and easily adjustable and make all the difference after 5 hours of sitting in a chair.
