I’ve probably gone through 5 chairs in a year. They either are uncomfortable because of poor padding or they break. I have lower back problems so it’s difficult to find something that gives my back the support it needs after sitting in front of a computer 8-10 hours everyday. I was about to give up and have a chair custom made. I saw this one and thought I would try one last time. I was pleasantly surprised. The high back and lumbar support is top notch, love the height adjustable arms, and the sturdiness of the chair. Considering the low price, it has far exceeded my expectations. This chair is not very comfortable. I'm not an overly big guy yet still the seat near your thighs is so narrow and has a protruding plastic area inside the fabric that digs into your outer thighs. I've had this chair for about 10 days and now I have bruises on the outside of my thighs. Secondly the lumbar pillow is too big. I used it for about 2 or 3 days and then had to take it off. You don't need 6 inches of lumbar support. It feels like like support and more like something poking you in the back all day. On the bright side, overall it's well made. Got two chairs one for me and one for my wife. She likes her but I personally found this uncomfortable. I’m 6ft 200lbs. It would cause me pain in lower back and glutes. The features are good the chair is well made. My wife being smaller likes hers but it just wasn’t for me.
