The chair was affordable and easy to assemble however my chair did not come with the lumbar pillow that is on a slider. I only received the pillow. The chair is comfortable and the seat is roomier than most chairs I’ve tried previously. Also, the shipping was fast and arrived (via FedEx) before the window of arrival previously given at checkout. All in all I would recommend it to friends and family with the only the caveat that it may arrive with a pillow unlike the one depicted here. ... show more

This chair provides excellent comfort once assembled, but the difficulty is the assembling part. The instructions are clear, but it's more difficult than it looks due to some parts not connecting easily. I had difficulties getting the bottom portion to have a secure fitting because the holes do not align properly. It will take some extra strength to provide a secure fit before you add the wells. Other parts are easily assembled, but some don't stay secured. Within a week the left arm start to wiggle and you must tighten the screws again to prevent them from falling off. The cushion material used does provide quality comfort as an office chair. When it comes to the look, it has a minimalistic design making it blend well with my office setup. We love this chair so much. The boxing was amazing and instructions to put it together are fantastic. We made it a night and had it up in 15-20 mins. I’ve had the chair for 3 months and now looking to get one for my husband because I come home from work and well it’s no long at my desk and his butty is in my chair working. 😂😂 It extremely comfortable. I’m 5’ 2” and I love that I can sit like a pretzel in it. If my knees get sore I can pull out the leg rest and stretch out. Totally worth every penny. ... show more
