I purchased this chair for my Grandson for Christmas. He likes to play video games...maybe more then I approve. He was thrilled to receive this chair as a gift. He said the chair was very comfortable, and he loved the back massage pillow! The chair offers multiple seating positions, great lumbar support and it even provides a foot rest! I assembled the chair for him and found the assembly process fairly easy. The assembly instructions included easy to understand text, great pictures and even provided assembly tools. The only issues I encounter were of my own doing, by not following the instructions correctly. Finally, I found the chair to be of good quality for its price range and it came well packaged in a very sturdy cardboard box.

I bought the GTPLAYER Gaming Chair (Snow White) and overall I’m very satisfied with it. The chair has a nice design and looks great in both a gaming setup and a home office. The materials feel solid and well-made, especially considering the price range. Assembly was easy, and the chair offers good comfort, with helpful lumbar support, a headrest, and a footrest that makes a difference during longer sessions. The height adjustment works smoothly, the 360° swivel is stable, and the chair feels sturdy. For the price, I think it offers very good value for money. As someone with sciatica and recently discovered right-sided scoliosis, I've always struggled with standing or sitting for long stretches. Recently, me da gifted me a ROG Zephyrus Duo 16 GX650, and for the last four months, I've been playing co-op with my brother at the kitchen table on a metal office chair. As you can imagine, my back and bum were proper sore after just a few hours. My hubby suggested a gaming chair, and after much umming and ahhing, I went for this GTPLAYER one. I know, I know – £180-ish for a bloody chair?? But if you check other off-brand ones on Amazon, it's full of complaints about squeaking, parts clinking, padding that's not as supportive as advertised, and some even falling apart in six months! GTPLAYER stands out time and again, especially with the lumbar support – it braces your neck with the included pillow, supports your shoulders, back, and lumbar in separate sections. If your back starts aching, there's even a plug-in vibrating lumbar pillow! As someone with basically no natural padding in my bum, the seat cushion has a generous amount and the perfect firmness. Office chair armrests usually remind me of aeroplane ones – thin, uncomfortable, and leave you feeling like you're in rigor mortis! These GTPLAYER linkage armrests move with you, so however you're tilted or reclined, your arms stay supported without cutting off pressure points. I was worried I'd be too much of a unit for it (99 kg – I let myself go with too many Charms blowpops!), and I didn't want a Shallow Hal moment where the chair collapses under me. Zero issues! No squeaking, no wobbling or running off with my big back self. I really appreciated the four bolts securing the lumbar support section – it holds everything rock-solid. All in all, I'll forever be a loyal GTPLAYER customer! Worth every pence! Also perfect for short and tall people. I'm 165 centimeters and my hubby is 182 centimeters. P.S. it comes with extra/backup parts too!

Great chair. Comfortable. Worth the price. The foot rest doesn't seem sturdy for taller people. My son is 6'1 and its more like a calf rest for him, so we don't use it. The massaging function is awesome, but the pillow flattens extremely fast unless you fluff. Arm rest and head rest are amazing.

Do NOT buy this chair! This was a Christmas gift for my son and it immediately broke a couple of days later. I contacted Amazon after the holidays settle down and they referred me to contact the company – they have been absolutely zero help they refuse to refund or replace my item, even though Amazon told me that there was a one-year warranty on their products. They have not done. Absolutely anything to remedy the situation, but tell me how they cannot help me. They offered to send me accessories, but as you can see the chair doesn’t need accessories it needs to be replaced. TERRIBLE QUALITY! It’s also extremely hard to get ahold of this company, I first contacted Amazon back in the end of January and I have since tried to contact the company via the phone number that they gave me they almost never answer the phone and now are just responding to my emails with no solutions. The chair is cheaply made. It’s not good quality. The arm broke almost immediately. It also isn’t comfortable. TIKTOK has better options than this sadly. Very disappointed in their options to remedy the situation. Amazon wasn’t much better help either, they pushed the issue down the road. Also the “fake pleather” material is peeling as well, mind you we can’t even use the chair because the arm has been broken pretty much since we got it. I’m just very frustrated that this was how a Christmas gift turned out for my child. Definitely will not be ordering from them ever again. Save yourself the money and headache and purchase somewhere else!

This was easy to assemble. It's very comfortable and looks great. All tools for assembly were included and they even provided extra parts. I didn't use the vibrating back piece because that's just not something for me. The neck pillow is comfortable and adjustable and perfect for late night gaming. I've only used the foot rest a couple times but it's comfortable and stows out of the way nicely. Adjustments for height and back are flexible. I was able to adjust in several ways for the most comfortable positions depending on working or gaming. One selling point for me was the connected arm rest from seat to back. I do not like the flimsiness of the "floating" arm rests that only have one attachment. These arm rests are solid and perfect for several hours of use at a time.
