So this might be a long take so bare with me It's a really nice chair and it's really sturdy especially if you tighten it right. The cushions are pretty sturdy but currently feel pretty hard but itll be fine. The chair itself looks very nice though the pillows are really hard. It's also my first time I've put together a chair so it took me about 2 hours to do and I was pretty clueless on how to do it even with instructions. Here's the downsides 1. The instructions didnt tell me to put the cover for the gas and never noticed till I was done (honestly this was a rookie mistake but still got really disappointed) 2. This one is just my personal take but please angle and line everything right beside it took me several angles to get the screws right. I had to remove and reassemble some areas because I didn't angle or line up the screws for it to go in all the way. 3. Idk if its just me but the bottom seat pillow symbol is upside-down and if I use the normal way the clip is on the front side which ended up clamping on my shirt. 4. The leg rest struggles sliding off I end up needing to force it out or put baby oil on it just to slide off. Other than those then it's a pretty good chair. Especially with the current sale.

Got this chair yesterday, it didn't take me long to bulid it's super easy and fast probably took me 40 minutes. There was one issue, when installing the left arm the screw at the bottom didn't want to tighten because of the bearing. When I inspected it I saw what was the issue, inside it has a ball bearing like the one they use on skateboards or scooters. The middle part kept moving so when I tried tighten the screw it wouldn't go further. What I did was in the hole by the side I screwd the screw it came with to see if that was the problem but it wasn't and went in perfectly. So the solution I came with was that with a super tiny screw driver try to hold that middle part of the bearing in place and after a while I felt the screw tighten up and was able to tighten the screw. Also the arm rests are a little lower than I expected but other than that it's pretty good. It's actually super comfortable even though it might be a stiff, but to me it doesn't bother me too much. I saw in it for a couple hours and it didn't make me feel uncomfortable, maybe it's just me but that's how it felt for me. Hopefully that helps you guys out because I've seen a couple of people experiencing the same issue with the arm rest but on the opposite side.

When I first received this chair, I wasn't entirely satisfied with my purchase. The initial experience was quite uncomfortable, and I hastily penned a negative review. However, after making some adjustments and using it for a little while longer, I have found a more balanced perspective on it. I discovered that the discomfort was mainly due to the supplied pillows that came with the chair. Once removed, the chair offered a more agreeable level of comfort. I'm using the chair along with a ergonomic one I bought a few years ago. The combo seems to be good and I have the ability now to switch from comfort and proper posture.

The armrest did not secure in place all the way. After putting it together we noticed the front end was not attached. The screws appear to be broken and there was a scratch on the armrest. This product was probably a return they shipped to us. Very disappointed. We bought this for my son's birthday. I plan to return it unless he decides he wants to keep this broken chair. Update 9/21: We reached out to the manufacturer and they sent us two new Armrests. Great service. Updated 1 star to 4. Thank you.

Overall design and structure is sound and comfortable. Priced very reasonably for the comfort and design. Fabric and seat supports are very nice and designed well. Breathability is poor, so the seat will warm up slightly which might be uncomfortable mixed with the fabric. Backrest has a cheap feel when pressed into on the arms and center, with only cheap plastic foam on the frame which makes noise. Footrest and arms are designed well. Backrest can tilt back very slightly from the base even while it’s in it’s locked position.

I am a plus size human and I love this chair. As a plus size person we worry about how sturdy furniture is, well this chair has been amazing. I did not think I would use the lumbar pillow and I do. It is perfect because I am also on the shorter side and sit up in the chair and the pillow gives me just the boost forward. I can sit with my feet on the floor and the pillow gives me support even though I sit further up. The wheels glide very smooth on my concrete floor. The only thing I have not fully tested out was the foot rest. I feel uneasy with it but that could just be a personal thing. I have laid the chair back and feel that the chair will hold up so I am left thinking that it is a personal thing. I will say that my dog has jumped up on it and it held up. lol Over all I am loving this purchase. I am a stay at home mom that homeschools my children so I am at my desk a lot and this chair is very comfortable.
