you have to set it up but honestly the instructions are pretty clear, it took me like 30-45 minutes to put it all together and the speaker is actually pretty loud and good quality, definitely worth it !

I've had this chair for a few days now and I can definitely say it's worth the price! I tried a few of these racing style chairs at office supply stores and I can say this is just as, if not more, comfortable than some of the higher priced options. The color is beautiful light. pink and the cushion heights are easily adjustable and removable. Assembly took me about an hour as I had never assembled this style chair before and I had used the wrong screws for attaching the base plate, so I had to remove it and start over but otherwise it was simple. Mine did not come with assembly instructions but they can be found online with a quick google search. I have been on this chair for about 8-9 hours a day for the past four days and I am experiencing no back pain which is unusual for me. I haven't used the bluetooth speakers yet since I have a gaming headset that I use. I can't rave about this chair enough! ... show more

***Update:9/7/20 Had to replace the gas lift cylinder after a year plus of use. Started working from home in June so I spend alot more time sitting in the chair. It has a rating of 300lbs but I'm only 220lbs and it started sinking. I going to guesss that the rating is off but the good news is that you can get a replacement cylinder pretty cheap with a higher weight capacity. It will, however, take some effort to remove the old one.*** I bought this as a gift for my mother after she went through breast cancer surgery recently. I wanted her to have a chair that would provide comfort for her back since she sits a lot at her desk when at home. I choose the color because it was unique and I thought she might like it, which she adored. I own a version my self which I enjoy and almost fall asleep in daily. ... show more

    • Simple assembly; as-described; good quality; okay support, but short arm rests.
The color is perfect; assembly was straight forward; pillows, arm rest covers, Bluetooth connection, and chair itself all work well and are in good shape. The only negative I have so far is that the arm rests are a bit far apart, don't get high enough, and rotate a bit too easily. The fact that they do rotate, though, makes up for the height-issue enough to use it with the desk and keyboard I have, but if my set-up were different it would be a deal-breaker. I am 5'7" and my arms are long, and I have hypermobile shoulders so I need good support. I also use the neck pillow along with the lumbar pillow because the lumbar pillow is too small for me. I haven't ever come across a gaming chair like this that actually supports correct back and neck posture, though. It's good enough for me. High-point is that the pink is SO CUTE! ... show more

I love this chair. It’s so comfortable and it looks amazing too. I love the pillow supports and it can recline. I haven’t messed with the Bluetooth at all because it’s a computer chair and I typically have a headset on anyways. But definitely worth the money. Only complaint is that putting the wheels on the chair was an absolute pain. And aligning the back cushion of the chair with the metal parts is a nightmare. Other than that the instructions were easy to follow and worth it in the long run. Would recommend two people for the set up. ... show more

I was worried about putting it together but I was pleasantly surprised to discover it’s a very easy assembly. Even though they recommended two people assemble it, I was able to do it alone (definitely took longer because of this but it was doable). It’s easy to pair the Bluetooth speakers and everything on it is adjustable and comfortable. I don’t game but spend hours in my office crafting so I needed long term comfort and I found it in this chair. Very happy with my choice. ... show more

This is not the average office chair. I often end up in pain and unable to sit still to focus at my desk in most office chairs. But this chair is super cute and I don’t end up in pain anymore!
