Just for reference I am 6'1" and I float between 230-240 lbs. And I most of my height comes from my torso lol. But the chair is quite comfortable. I am a stay at home husband with a sleeping problem and I game a lot so I definitely sit in it a lot. I also have that shakey leg syndrome or whatever its called and my old chair would start to rattle the screws loose but this one came with lock washers and is very sturdy, plus it makes relatively 0 noise when I get up from it or sit down on it which was also an added plus for me. The reason im giving it a 4/5 instead of 5/5 is because if you're taller than say 6'3" you probably won't be able to utilize the neck/head rest. My old chair was not an XL chair but I feel like the back on it was taller than this one. Its plenty comfortable, albeit nothing to write home about, I just have the neck support as high as it can go AND I wish that the seat would rock back and forth and not just the back of the chair where if I put 10% of my leaning back weight on it, it goes back but that part can lock in place where you put it so you win some and you lose some. All and all I would recommend this chair to anyone over 5'7" but under 6'4" its a great chair for the price. ... show more

2nd one I've bought. The first is still in decent condition after 2 years. We don't use the footrest. The cushioning does wear down after long term use, but its usual wear & tear after daily long term use.
