Customer Service: When we unboxed it, we noticed one of the adjustment paddles had snapped off due to some rough handling during shipping (the box was damaged in that exact spot). Easy to follow instructions. Love that the chair can recline pretty far back. The color, the material is just beautiful. The only thing I dislike about it, is why it lost a star for me would be the foot rest. Compared to the rest of the chair, that part felt the cheapest. Gaming chair is nice to look at but horribly uncomfortable! I purchased this Gaming chair 2 months ago and i first notice after putting it together that the seat cushion was very flat. I went back and look at the pictures and in no way does the seat cushion match the pictures on amazon. I am extremely disappointed with how hard the seat is...I had to order a seat cushion to add to it because after 30 minutes of sitting i would have to stand up and take a break. I would have shipped it back if it was easier to take apart and box back up. Unless you purchase this for a child's desk....I would look at other gaming chairs.
