I just received this double plant light. It took me a couple of minutes to put together, and I don't understand those who review that say it isn't as tall as described. It stands taller than I am. (66") To reach optimum height, you need to drop a rod out of the middle section which isn't in the instructions, but if I can figure it out, anyone should be able to. If you extend the light straight up, I think you'll have 68+", although I don't know many people who would want the light to be at a 90° angle, so if you need something taller, order a taller lamp. I didn't need it to be full height but like that I'll be able to extend it as the plants grow. The base isn't as heavy as my other plant lights, but it won't tip over. The light seems as bright as my other plant lamps. I'll be setting the timer to see if it works correctly. If my plants don't do well under this plant light and/or the light stops working in the immediate future, I will update my review. For now, I would say it's a good value for the money spent. ... show more
