Highly Recommend for Quality Sleep

I take 30 minutes before bed in addition to magnesium and fall right asleep. I stay asleep throughout the night and don’t feel groggy in the morning. I’ve never been a morning person but these help me wake feeling rested and ready to rock in the morning.

I'm sure it's a great product, but I had an adverse reaction to something in the mix.... . I do recommend taking a deeper dive into your adrenal issue though. 3 years ago I suffered from adrenal fatigue (which isn't a medically recognized issue) due to a high stress/high activity lifestyle. One day I
didn't feel like myself at work. I felt off. It only got worse from there. I couldn't leave bed for 3 days straight. I became numb to feelings and found myself very depressed and highly emotional for seemingly no reason at all. Saw tons of doctors and got every test in the book. They found nothing abnormal. Started taking Munuca and Ashwagandha which got me back on track. Fast forward to today and the same issue came back to bite me. I had just moved to Colorado and was having extreme fatigue and racing thoughts. Rounds and rounds of testing yielded nothing. I was prescribed xanax and the doctors said it is just an anxous time in life.....long story short I have adrenal fatigue BUT it is due to having copper toxicity. I am posting this to help anyone that thinks they have the same issue as modern medicine has failed me. I thought I was losing my mind. Racing thoughts, out of touch with reality, hyper emotional, loss of libido, oily/acne skin and fatigue that resulted in little to no motivation. Checkout coppertoxic.com... It will blow your mind. Get a hair mineral analysis test and get a professional to review your results. Also buy the book "Why am I always so tried?" by Ann Louise Gittleman. NY won't allow you to get your own hair test so you have to do it via 3rd party on Amazon. Stress decreases zinc levels which leads to biounavaiable copper build up and a host of other issues. Good sleep aid but strong!

I want to start off with the fact that I really value the Gaia brand and I would recommend buying through their website directly to support them and their mission. Great products, reasonable prices and are transparent with their consumers. I've purchased multiple items from them, the daytime Adrenals
being the first and Ashwagandha. Both terrific products and I highly recommend. A few months back I weaned off of melatonin to help with my sleep and was trying to sleep naturally. I have issues with night time anxiety and it keeps me up (anything from watching a very stressful tv show/having a stressful convo etc). I purchased this with the hope it would help improve my sleep. The first few nights, I was taking 2 capsules as recommended but WOW it was strong. Knocked me out and I woke up groggy and it lasted the whole day. I tried taking 1 and noticed I woke up 3-4 times that night for no reason. I read another review that she takes them about an hour or two before bed... so I experimented with that and it worked perfectly! So my new recommendation: 2 capsules 1-2 hours before bed (experiment based on how groggy you wake up... 2 hours was better for me) and wake up refreshed! I notice I'm not immediately reaching for my matcha, my energy feels consistent. Paired with the daytime adrenals, I'm really seeing improvements in my stress management/anxiety!

I have struggled with periods of insomnia for years. I've taken this for 3 nights, around 7:30 or 8pm, and in those 3 nights my sleep has been the most solid that it has been in months. NEW BUYER? BE CAREFUL OF THIS PREPARATION!!! CAUSED EXTREMELY TOXIC REACTION FOR ME!

I first took this product one week ago. I ingested it after dinner, as indicated by the dosing directions (2 capsules). I noticed that I became slightly nauseous as I was going to bed. The next day I felt off. I was extremely bloated and had a lot of gas. This got progressively worse as the day went
on. The gas was so bad, it was painful and it felt like something was clawing my stomach lining. And yet, it would not release. It was as though I was stopped up/constipated with gas. My stomach was the size of a basketball! Then I got a fever of about 102 which lasted the whole rest of the day. I thought about everything I had eaten; nothing unusual or new was consumed. I briefly thought about the herbs but I chalked it up to a stomach virus as there had been something "going around" and I have taken many other Gaia supplements in the past without incident. It took a whole week for my digestion to return to normal. Then last night, my hubby reminded me that I hadn't been taking the new adrenal supplement... So before bed I took ONE capsule (thinking in the back of my mind, "better safe than sorry--maybe these herbs DID have some role in my last bout of digestive distress."). Within 20 minutes I had *extreme* nausea. I got up and vomited. It was very violent type of vomiting; I have broken capillaries around my eyes this morning from the pressure of it. And there was also extremely watery and forceful diarrhea. I vomited for four hours, probably about 10 times total. My body was obviously rejecting SOMETHING in that preparation. I still don't know exactly what, but my presumption was the cordyceps mushroom. After doing some research, apparently some people can have this type of reaction to this particular fungus. But then I looked at the label of a different adrenal preparation from Gaia that I had been taking without incident and cordyceps was in there too! So, what gives? Lemon balm? It can also sometimes cause these symptoms... maybe the combination of both? I still don't know and will be calling the company today. I noticed a couple of other reviewers had similar complications. I feel there should be some kind of warning on the packaging for those rare people like me who get this type of horrific reaction. I would not want ANYONE to have to go through what I did last night.
