The light is VERY intense even on lower settings. So I decided to use UV goggles while I'm inside the grow tent. The plants are definitely in love with the light, that's what matters to me. The interfacing works very well with my AC infinity grow system.

The media could not be loaded. Best horticulture light on the market no gimmicky "UV" LEDS just Samsung diodes and proven red diodes in the right spectrum. Tried and proven to produce highest quality flowers with amazing yeilds on a gram oer watt basis. The light is dimmable and daisy-chainable, very bright super efficient and even on lower dial settings the light is insanely remarkable. Adjustments and assembly are easy, can't get much more simple. With this light I noticed immediate changes i growth. The spectrum is perfect for growth and flowering. Very glad I choose Spider Farmer for my upgrade. The hps was good but the led takes gowing to the next level. Four thing I noticed 1: even light distribution 2: great light penetration 3: very low heat output 4: easy on the power bill ... show more

I have been using this for about a year now, I have two of them and they have been doing great. Great yield. I ran into an issue with one where the power supply stopped working. I contacted spiderfarmer and after a couple emails I was sent a new power supply quickly and in December. Would definitely recommend ... show more

Ok so in my opinion the Spider farmer SE7000 is the second best 700w horticultural LED on the market. And that's only if you don't consider price. If your someone like me who does, than I'd say it's the best overall choice as the only light that I know of that beats it (raging kush 2.0) is also literally twice as much and the only thing it has over the SE7000 is a customizable Kelvin temp for your white/blue light (first reason for four star rating). When measured in a 4x4 gorilla I got readings from 900-1150ppf 12" from canopy. Uniquely enough, the SE7000 densest ppf area was not at the center but rather along the edges of the light. This is due to the second light bar in on either side of the SE7000 is set about 2" closer to the outside bars rather than evenly spaced like most companies. And this is also most likely why it can claim a commercial grade 5x5 flower area with 40moles DLI at 50w less then any other led I know of. All of the bars of the SE7000 are individually removable aswell for customizing your footprint needs. So if your like me and use 4x4 instead of 5x5 tents you can save yourself some space (it's needed lol. This thing BARELY fits in a 4x4) and some money too while still maintaining proper ppf for flowering. The spectrum is great for growing medical marijuana or other fruit bearing plants that like alot of red as not only does the SE model have great blue for vegetative plants but a serious boost in 650-665nm red. The only things missing from the spectrum are IR and UV (second reason for 4star rating). The removable driver is a option that I just don't understand why all LED makers haven't provided since the start. This is extremely useful when trying to reduce heat, hvac costs and lost co2. Was actually the original reason I switched from growers choice roi-e680 lights (widely considered one of the best led's on the market and winner of "best overall" led 2019 and 2020 by grow light depot) to these. That and the fact that the SE7000 has about 2.5x the diodes. Making it more efficient and hopefully last longer. My final review criteria (and third reason for my 4 star rating) is warranty. Unfortunately Spider farmer falls a bit short on this one. Spider farmer has a multistage warranty where everything (parts,labor, and shipping) are only covered for the first 90 days. After that the warranty is mostly junk as you will have to pay shipping and there technicians for anything you need done. Might aswell just buy a new light. Most top tier horticultural LED lighting companies offer 3-5. Like my roi-e680's come with 3yrs. Overall I am quite enthused about this light. I know that Spider farmer isn't generally mentioned in conversations about top led companies and I really think the SE7000 may be the model to change that. Work on the warranty and you'd have a powerful solution for commercial applications. Note: The directions for assembly and installation in the handbook are extremely bad lol. Just to help someone out, the 4 plastic screws in the bag are for the driver and the metal go to the end connection bars to hold them together. And yes the light will fall apart if you don't use them.... Trust me lol. ... show more

I really enjoy the slight. The light is very high-quality uses real Samsung diode’s and real meanwhile drivers. I know this because the heat is a lot less than other companies. There is hardly any heat that comes off the slate compared to the same size models of other companies so it runs very efficient. Lower heat means lower cost to run equipment. Also the spectrum is very nice it also includes UV and IR diode for extra resign production. Delete comes with everything you need to hang out with. The most important thing about this model is that is dimmable with a knob, this makes it super simple to grow from veg the flower you can even start clones are ceilings underneath this late at minimum power. I would highly recommend this late to anybody starting in a 3 x 3 size tent. A+ spiderfarmer ... show more
