I am happy with all the set, I switch between all the accessories, and when I feel like I need a full hand work out, I use all of then while watching TV. I would strongly advise to stop for a few days though, if you start feeling any kind of pain or discomfort. I have been combining its use with Calcium consumption (sesame seeds, mostly) and glucosamine, to strengthen my wrists. The only complain I have is that, after using it several times a week for more than a month now, one of the spring action buttons has become loose, so, after using it, it pops out. Not meant for larger hands for sure. And the quality wasn’t great because of the plastic. These maybe good for other situations, but powerlifters with big hands looking to strengthen grip is not one.

I have osteoarthritis and have been having a lot of issues with the joints in my fingers. Also, to be completely honest, my trigger finger needs strengthening. Decided to grab this kit and see if it would help. I just got it in and used everything. I can definitely see this will give me dramatic improvement. Great to keep around the house. It’s a comfortable grip unlike many grip strengtheners I’ve had in the past. It’s cool because you can turn a little knob that will either strengthen the resistance or loosen it.
