These are nice, a little small for my hands, but still work. I am not a fan of the flexor trainers, I find my index and pinky finger are not getting a good workout.

As a rule, these are great devices. Initially, I received a defective one. It took a while to get a response from the vendor, but when they did respond it was great service, just a little slow. The following is my original review: I’m 72 years old 170 lbs and not a muscle man. But, it broke when I squeezed it. Notice the many air holes in the plastic. Probably why it broke. I don’t know how common this defect is. The basic design seems good if it was more durable. If they send me a replacement and it doesn’t break I will give a better review.

These are great for the price that they are, would recommend if you're working out on a budget. They're a bit tricky to gauge how much you've adjusted the spring, but they're easy to get a good hold on it. I'm not a huge fan of the finger hole ones, I can't get them in a comfortable enough position, but they seem like they'll stretch enough to fit most hands
