    • What I had hoped for, worked well
This little pool vacuum bot did what I had hoped for. Little bugger zig zagged across the bottom of my pool and picked up some sand and debris that had settled on the bottom. I've used it 3 times so far, and it worked well all 3 times. I thought it was pretty easy to clean out as well. Unclip the top and open it up. Pull up the screen and rinse off with a hose. Wash out the bottom tray, and let it all dry. I don't think it will fully replace a good vacuum because it doesn't scrub the liner, but it certainly will reduce how often vacuuming needs to be done because this thing has been able to pick up debris. For the price point of this bot, that's what I was expecting and hoping for and it delivered. Charging does take a few hours. My pool is 24' round above ground with a flat bottom and no wrinkles. It seems to do a sufficient job with a pool this size or smaller. If this thing does go kablooey, I'll be sure to update this review. ... show more

I recently purchased the "Cordless Robotic Pool Vacuum Cleaner" with high hopes of enjoying a hassle-free cleaning experience for my pool. However, I regret to say that this product has been an absolute disaster from the moment I took it out of the box. First and foremost, the performance of this robotic vacuum is abysmal. It claims to be cordless, but the battery life is incredibly short-lived. It barely lasted long enough to cover a fraction of my pool before dying, leaving the rest of the cleaning process unfinished. Recharging it takes an eternity, and by the time it's ready to go again, the pool is already dirty once more. Even when the vacuum did manage to function, its cleaning abilities were lackluster at best. It seemed incapable of picking up larger debris, such as leaves or twigs, which defeated the purpose of having an automated cleaner in the first place. Instead, it would simply push these items around the pool, creating more of a mess than before. I had to manually clean up after the robotic cleaner, which defeats its entire purpose. The user interface is equally disappointing. The controls are unintuitive and poorly designed, making it difficult to operate the cleaner efficiently. The instruction manual provided was vague and lacked any helpful troubleshooting information, leaving me frustrated and clueless when problems arose. In conclusion, I strongly advise against purchasing the "Cordless Robotic Pool Vacuum Cleaner." It is an absolute disaster, failing to deliver on its promises of convenience and efficiency. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money by exploring other options from reputable brands that actually prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. ... show more

WOW! WOW! WOW!, Very, very impressed with the Grennix G900 pool vacuum. I was skeptical, and read all the reviews of this product and so many others, some of them at 2x or 3x the price. The biggest 'not positive' review comment on the Grennix was the 60+ minute battery charge. Well guess what? All the higher priced products has the same comments. I have a 15 foot round pool, so not small but not huge either. So I took a chance on the Grennix G900. The Gennix words exactly (or BETTER) as advertised. Runs for 60+ minutes on a charge, is great at picking up sand and everything else. The 60 minute run time is more than enough to clean the entire base of the pool. It only takes about 90 seconds with a hose to clean after each use. With a 2+ hour recharge time, I could run this 4 times a day if I needed to, but I don't. It does a great job first time through, that I only need it 3-4 times a week, and my pool is near spotless. Hands down a great product and a great deal. I'm not skeptical anymore, I am extremely satisfied. 5 out of 5 stars without a doubt !!!!!! ... show more

    • Great vaccum for price, best for smooth bottoms.
This unit works and performs as expected. Its great to have a vacuum to work under its own power not needing the pool pump. We have an 18x9 bestway above ground, and when setting it up the liner did have some wrinkles after we filled it, so the unit does sometimes get stuck on them or will back away leaving some areas to come back too. I do wish the wheels were able to handle it better, but for the price cant beat it. This has greatly help reduce our clean time. Run time is roughly an hr, it seems to not like to charge and sit, so we found it best to charge right before use, clean, dry and charge again if using back to back. For the price this is worth it. If your pool has a smooth bottom and is a decent size 100% buy. ... show more

    • Really Wanted it to work :-/
It works nicely, when it works. It did need emptied a lot initially as it picked up the sand off bottom of pool. When it gets weighed down it slows way down or stops moving. Once most of sand was gone it didn't need 'babysat' to empty as much. After multiple uses it was on a regular overnight charge & went to use it. It would not even turn on after multiple tries. I exchanged it with new - no issues. New one worked 3 times then would only go one direction. It would make its way across pool and get stuck against wall, continually pushing against it. Again I worked with it to try to get it to work right. Check that all the wheels spin freely as one did need adjusted to spin freely but this was not the issue. You can see front/rear water ports cycle open and close under normal operation. Only front port was working, rear never propelled in opposite direction. Simple and effective design when it works. Returned 2nd one for refund and bought a more expensive one. Again no issues on initiating a return on the 2nd one. Glad Amazon has a great return policy. Three stars as this would be a very good simple inexpensive vac if you get a good one. I have a friend who bought one also and has not had issues. ... show more
