Does take some time to build given all the pieces and I may have forced one screw in during the earlier part of the build but overall didn't have any issues building this set. Appreciate the adjustable feet on the chairs and the overall look. The glass for the table is held down with suction and gravity. The cushions aren't plush but they do the job. Yes, you can feel some of the frame if you sit in the middle of the loveseat but it's not bothersome. Can also just replace the cushions if you want them more plush but I find this to be a good basic starter patio set that can seat four comfortably. ... show more

I was hesitant to purchase because of several reviews and issues about assembly, mainly because the screws didn’t align. There is very little that is worse with a product that gives you grief when assembling because of quality issues. I had no real problems with alignment. I learned a long time ago to hand tighten until complete, unless you have no choice. The slot where the screw enters gives a little, so that’s an indication right there not to drive the screw all the way home because you might need to make adjustments. I’m not saying this had anything to do with the issues people complained about, but it’s a good practice to adopt during assembly, where possible. I did notice where the holes with the female threads were located had loose rattan, which wasn’t due to poor craftsmanship, but to allow room for the screw to pass. It is wrapped differently in theses areas. Again, I’m not saying this is how it was for those who commented about unraveling, just what my experience was. Assembly is much better, easier and faster with 2 people, especially when you need to help the pieces align. In the end, for the money, you can’t beat this product. It is a little in the small side, but I am 5’11, 230 lbs and I sit/fit comfortably. I don’t know if it’s durable, but after it’s first use I’m so satisfied that I’m going to order another set for the other side. The cushions are a little on the thin side, but even without the cushions they’re fine. After seeing and using this,?I liked it so much that I bought another set. I should have did this years ago. This is a great buy for the price. I was worried when it arrived because it was just one box. However, it was easy to put together. It is sturdy, attractive and it is comfortable. It is very small and I wished that it had some kind of back pillows, However, I would still recommend this product.

This is a decent set for a small patio area but it’s not the most comfortable to sit in. Frustratingly tedious to put together and one of the single chairs will NOT sit level, no matter how much I readjust the screws. I think the middle frame is crooked or some of the screw holes are offset. I ended up using 3 pads on the bottom of one of the legs to level it out. Also, the glass does not sit well on the table. It won’t sit low enough for the 4 suction cups to secure to it. They’re also too big for where they are placed on the frame and all of them stick out from under the glass.     • Came damaged and missing parts (update)

My husband bought this for me for my birthday, and we were disappointed by the condition in which both the box and product were in upon arrival. We decided it wasn't worth the hassle of a return, so decided to go ahead and put it together anyways only to be once again unpleasantly disappointed by the realization that it was missing instructions, all of the hardware, seat cushions, and the glass for the table. Began the return process accordingly, and plan to order this same item once refunded. Hopefully the replacement will be less of a disappointment. Amazon lost our return, so after fighting with them for an hour proving we sent it in by providing the UPS reciept we finally got refunded via Amazon gift card balance. Update: replacement finally came in. This time all of the parts are here, but I'm regretting purchasing this patio set. It is a NIGHTMARE to put together. We are pretty seasoned when it comes to putting furniture together, but this thing is awful. Definitely a 2 person job Took us 2 hours to put one of the chairs together. None of the holes line up for the screws, so we had to use a mallet to try to bend the metal to line up the holes. Now the chair we did finally finish building is lop sided, and moves when we sit in it. There were 2 areas that were impossible to put screws in, so that's a bummer because now there's a weird gap in the front of the chairs. The screws included strip very easily, so be mindful of that. we had to pull out our drill to secure the screws, and it was impossible not to strip them. The material that this patio set is made from is already starting to peel just from the building process. I'm hoping it doesn't unravel any more than it already has. This was purchased more for show on our front porch, so won't be used much which works in our favor. The pillows it comes with are thin, and flimsy. Will be purchasing replacement pillows elsewhere. I guess in this case "you get what you pay for" applies. We just finished building the entire set, and all together it took the 2 of us SIX HOURS. We wouldn't consider ourselves professionals by any means, but we have built just about every piece of furniture in our house, and this item by far has taken the longest to build, has and been the most frustrating disappointment of a purchase. I wouldn't recommend this patio set to anyone. Considered returning (again,) but it isn't worth the effort it'll take to disassemble everything for pickup. So unfortunate. ... show more

Oh my gosh, this size was so perfect for my back patio for my apartment. I was not expecting it to be what it was from my understandings. It was an easy assemble as I did not assemble it. My son did for me. Shipping was on time as requested packaging was very easy as well, it looks great outside and the cushions are very comfortable and everything is stable. Thank you.
