EDIT: Although this unit was faulty, I will say that the customer service of Greenworks went ABOVE AND BEYOND when Amazon would not assist. I highly recommend the company as a whole and suggest buying direct from the manufacturer! The metal handles snapped off one inch above the connecting point today and the only customer service # for this manufacturer has had me sitting on hold for 40 minutes, and I’ve yet to hear from an actual human. I’m still on hold now. Amazon just redirects me to reach out to the manufacturer, the manufacturer doesn’t allow for communication from customers. Total waste of money

I bought as a joke cause my husband keeps breaking our gas mowers. Ends up he love this manual one. Says it’s just more exercise for him. lol! Delivery was very fast, easy to put together, seems very solid and works perfectly.

This lawnmower is awesome. I am older and had to get a little help with assembling, but that’s just because I did not want to make a mistake (which honestly, you really can’t make any mistakes). I have a smaller yard, and love how easy it is to use. No gas no electricity to worry about. The grass looks amazing when I am done, and it is easy to store. It maneuvers easily and does an amazing job cutting grass. I can’t brag enough about how much this green machine is so great. You will not regret this purchase at all. The bag is ok. Not great, but it does catch a lot of the grass clippings, but could be a little better. Honestly, I really don’t use the bag, because it cuts the grass into smaller clippings that I really don’t need the bag. I will see in the fall how it does with leaves. This is the best purchase I have made for my new house. And storage is so simple, no worries of dealing with gas or oil. It is so compact that it does not take up much space. But, just because it’s compact doesn’t mean that the quality is not there. It is above and beyond my expectations. Definitely would recommend this to anyone who has a smaller yard and wants to have a great looking lawn.

I'll add pictures later, but on the FIRST run of this, the cheap plastic height adjuster snapped, and in essence, stopped the mower from moving forward. I have thick San Augustine grass, and a single runner stopped this sucker from moving forward. I had high hopes based on some other reviews, but it's been a month now (purchased May 16, arrived and attempted to use on May 18). The manufacturer doesn't have an accessible e-mail to address these concerns. I sent an email the following day to the only email I could find on the website and was informed they just handled the shipping for the company. I have called MULTIPLE times within the last month (including twice the week this occurred) and either A) get hung up on by the automated machine, B) am unable to input numbers into the automated machine, or C) am on hold for 1.5+ hours and unable to ever actually reach anyone. I will say the Pros for those who care: effective when it worked for all of 1 minute. Fairly to assemble solo, SUPER easy to assemble with a second pair of hands. Sharp Sharp Sharp and collects the cuttings well. Cons: literally everything else. I have an electric blower by this company that I've never had any issues with, but after this experience, I'll not be going back to this company and strongly encourage you to stay away. If they would have followed through with their 30-day promise, this would be a different post - at least 3 stars. Terrible customer service, and if a part like this can stop my tool from functioning properly... I'm still on hold after uploading photos & writing this. I called 30 minutes ago (again) after being hung up on the first time.

2nd edit May 18 2023: I spoke to customer service today (they were closed last night) and they weren't able to find a part # for just the handle so they are sending us a whole new unit. I'm really glad the manufacturer is standing by their product & making it right! I may try taping the new handle up with duct tape or something for extra support because that top connection seems like a stress point. Edited May 17 2023: This didn't even last a full year with extremely light use. I was careful to never force the mower when a branch got caught, and today one side of the handle kept bending if I hit even the slightest resistance and wound up breaking right off. I'm going to try to contact the manufacturer about replacement parts but who knows how that's going to go, I can only seem to find a phone # (the link from get product support leads to a broken page on the manufacturer's website). Original review: We didn't really want to get a powered mower, and this has worked nicely for us. The only point of frustration is that it does NOT like branches, twigs or even hardened plant stalks of any kind. Our neighbors have a gigantic and old cottonwood that is constantly shedding branches so we have to rake before we can mow and that can be irritating. Otherwise works great & does what we need it to.

THIS MOWER IS SO AMAZING THAT WHEN I USED IT TODAY, I UNDERSTOOD THAT TECHNOLOGY TODAY HAS MADE WOMEN OUT OF MEN. ALSO, THE MOMENTUM OF THE CYLINDRICAL BLADE COMPONENT GIVES THIS MANUAL MOWER AN ELECTRICAL SHIFT OF POWER TO IT THAT HELPS PUSH WITH GREATER EASE.

I got this because I started out mowing grass with one of these and I thought my grandkids could learn on one. It was easy to put together and lightweight to push. I was surprised that if the grass is tall, it doesn't cut very well. As long as you stay on top of it and cut the grass often, it does a wonderful job. If you don't stay the blades with some sort of lubricant often, it will squeak you into an asylum. I love mine
