Everything slides off, even eggs. Popped up on consumer reports so gave them a try. Clean up is easy and nothing sticks. Having the 2 sizes is very helpful and they are deeper than my hexclad so that is nice for sauces. Love these pans. I have arthritis in my hands, but they are light enough for me to handle with one hand. Sturdy and durable, even with the lighter weight. Safer than my Teflon professional skillets, which got donated. Clean up was a breeze. Food tastes better than on the Teflon. We didn't realize it, but we needed a lot less Extra virgin olive oil and canola oil when cooking with these skillets than when we cooked in our old pans. Great value for the two skillets. Would highly recommend these pans. If they are good enough for Bobby Flay, they are good enough for me! ... show more

I purchased this set because I got a new induction range. Luckily I got it on sale during the last Amazon Days. At first use I loved it - very non-stick, easy to clean, easy to use, things browned well, and quite beautiful really. I was about to write a very positive review HOWEVER, I now have about a 1/4" chip in the bottom of the midsize saucepan! I've only been using these pot for a few weeks. I have been VERY careful using them - no metal utensils, no dishwasher, soft sponge only, they are not ever nested or stacked when stored and I am the only person in my household. I got rid of a lot of well loved pots and pans when I got the induction and looked forward to new things but I am beyond disappointed now. To make matters worse the Greenpan company has not responded to my complaint after promising to do so within 24 hours and Amazon has ignored me too. Do yourself a favor and do as some of my friends have done - just buy a less expensive set from Carote or Sensarte. They seem to hold up well without so much fuss. ... show more
