Fantastic! I have had every kind of pan recommended by America's Test Kitchen and this one (that did not even make ATK list) is by far my favorite. I have been using it daily for about 2 weeks, and have not ran into a single issue. These heat evenly (*if a little slower than standard pans) and I have found that it is near impossible to burn something. Cleaning can be done with a damp soft side of the sponge! The deep sides have been great for sauces and the angle of the side does help prevent sloshing when moving the pan around. To top it all off, I know that these are not leeching potentially dangerous chemicals into the food. Which puts my mind at ease to focus instead on what is being cooked IN the pan. I put these through their paces and have to say I am completely in love! *I'll update after several months to make sure this stays true. They do NOT come with lids, but I purchased a universal tempered glass lid (*also on Amazon) that is absolutley perfect and fits both the 10in and 12in pans. I also highly recommended felt pan protectors (or really anything soft that can go between the pans when stacked) to increase the life of the pans. *Overall, an A+. Well, done. Update: After about 12 months of almost daily use the pan is no longer non-stick (*it looks like the last picture after cooking EVERY time) and the pan overheats and burns food even on the lowest setting. It's a real disappointment - these pans have never felt the harsh side of a sponge and still didnt make it more than a year. *2year update. So, having an amateur cook in the house was *probably* the source of pans demise. As with ANY pan, do not let it sit on the stove on high heat without anything in it for minutes at a time (*eye roll here). We ordered another Green Pan and with PROPER use, it is a thing of beauty. *If your looking for a good healthy pan and one that cooks like a boss - you've found it. ... show more

I decided to treat myself to upgrades on my non-stick cookware. After some market research, I settled on the Greenpan Venice Pro line. Had I written this review just a few weeks in, my comments would have been glowing. Five months in, not so much. Of note: I have never run my pans through the dishwasher—hand washed only. And I have always used a bit of fat (olive oil or butter). Keep in mind that the manufacturer claims that the pans are dishwasher safe and that fat isn’t needed for non-stick help, only for flavor. About eight weeks ago I began to notice that food items weren’t sliding around as easily. As time went on, this became more and more apparent, with food sticking to the bottom. Bringing us to today. As you can see in the photo, my eggs stuck completely to the bottom. I had to scrape to get everything off—and food was left behind. I will be contacting the manufacturer and seller and will update here with the results. The high dollar cost of these pans do NOT reflect the short lifespan. ... show more

Great set of skillets with great non-stick material. I did a LOT of research before buying and I wanted something nontoxic. Greepan seemed like a good option, but some of their other lines are very restrictive (you can’t use olive oil etc). I didn’t see this recommendation for this Venice Noire line. I suspect there still might be PTFE on it as they don’t clearly state that it doesn’t... but it doesn’t have other toxic materials. At the end, I wanted something easy to clean, nonstick AND nontoxic. This is a good option so far. ... show more

We really like these pans. We've had them a few weeks and they cook food evenly and are easy to clean. I like my bacon crisp, which these pans do nicely without burning it. They're a nice weight - a bit of heft so they feel substantial, but light enough that they can be lifted to flip what's in the pan. I can't comment on the durability since we've had them such a short time, but so far there are no issues. ... show more
