I wanted to get a set of pots and pans that was dishwasher safe and found these. They’re great! It turns out I don’t often need to put them in the dishwasher because they’re so easy to clean. I’ve never had anything stick to them. There are a few small chips on the very edges of the pots already which is disappointing- I’ve only had them a month or so. They absolutely shouldn’t be stacked for storage, I think this is how they chipped in the first place. The blue color is beautiful, they’re really a joy to cook with. ... show more

Only down side is the lids scratch the edges of the pots and pans easily. So you gotta be careful when using the lids. Also, no metal utensils at all, only silicon spatulas and spoon or you will nick and scratch the finish. It is more delicate than you think. But so far food doesn't burn or stick with a little avocado oil spray. Cleans easily in the sink with hot water. Also put in dishwasher no problem. ... show more

I was in the market for something that would last for 5-10 years. Narrowed it down to this set and another expensive set that I now regret not buying. I use this small pan the most (once or twice a week) and it is already stained and the paint/ceramic is chipping. It didn’t take long for any of the other dishes to chip either… NOT WORTH THE BUY. 5 month in: DO NOT BUY! It is not a non stick pan and it easy chips/ scratches. The media could not be loaded. I have been soooo nervous to replace my beloved teal Paula Deane pots and pans that I’ve had since college, but knew I wanted something more neutral and grown up. Stumbled across these beauties and wish I wouldn’t have waited soooo long to finally order! Obviously they are stunning, but more than that, they have great weight and don’t feel flimsy! Be sure to heat up first on a lower heat, but the nonstick capability has been consistently wonderful without all of the toxic byproducts other pans can have. The bottom of the pan that I’ve used multiple times already has not had any discoloration from cooking over gas. Clean up is the easiest chore of the day! Soooo happy with the overall consistent heating and quality of this set! (Annnnd they’re pretty lol!) Even my All-clad pan gets hotspots and cannot hold a candle to my GreenPan set! 15/10 so happy! ... show more

To start the new year I wanted to get rid of unhealthy non-stick pans. I did my homework on ceramic pans and it was between these and caraway. These had a better price point but still pretty expensive,so I asked Santa for these. I inspected them fully when I got them to make sure no damage, they were completely scratch free when received. I put them away in a silicone covered rack and even used felt so the lids wouldn't scratch the pans. They are really pretty, very easy to clean which is what I was looking for, but THEY SCRATCH SO EASILY. I have had them a grand total of 21 days from delivery. I have only used silicone utensils in them, I even donated all our non-silicone utensils so that there would be no user error. The first 3 pics are of the smallest saucepan which I only just used today for the first time. As you can see it has scratches both around the mouth where the lid sits, and inside the actual saucepan (4th pic is to show bottom has no singe marks, first use for this pan). All of the other pans that came in this set have similar scratches after 3 WEEKS OF USE. ... show more

They look nice and so far, I've really enjoyed cooking with them. Super easy to clean. I haven't had any mess that didn't just slide right off. I can't answer to the scratch resistance yet, but I have high hopes that the finish will last with proper care. I don't use any metal utensils.

I received this set of cookware for Christmas. I chose this set after a lot of research on the best healthy cookware. I really like the way it cooks my food and love the way it cleans up. So why the two stars. I have washed all the pans by hand and have used the inserts which are supposed to protect the finish. I have used this cookware for less than month and the edges are all chipped already and I have been very careful with them. I think when you pay this kind of money for a set of cookware the finish should last a lot longer than this. ... show more
