Size: 12" Frying Pan Skillet with Lid
You do have to baby the pan like any nonstick. Always preheat for at least 90 seconds, never use intense/high heat. After preheating use a fat/oil not much is needed. Always rinse with warm soapy water AFTER the pan cools and a soft non textured sponge. Don't use metal utensils, regardless of what it says just dont use metal utensils. Majority of the above is in the pans own instructions you get when you buy. Do all of the above the pan will last years, maybe not forever but alot longer then if you treat the pan like its w/e. Is it annoying to baby the pan? Sure, but its more annoying to have to buy another pan sooner then you have to i think. ... show more

This Green pan came packaged very well - not a mark or dent on it. I’ve used it several times in the past few days for bacon, scrambled eggs, browning beef strips for Pepper Steak, etc. It cleans up easy peasy, which I love as I cook from scratch a lot. The info doesn’t mention the bottom exterior of the pan which is a little rough - but I like that feature as I have a gas stove with cast iron trivets over the cooking areas. The pan stays securely in place and can’t slide around. This pan is fairly heavy - at least heavier than my Calphalon and I love the handle. It’s easy to hold and quite sturdy. If you look closely at the edges of a pan, you can see that there are some light chips. As though the layer of whatever is used to coat the pan is breaking away. I’ve had this pan for maybe 2 months and we’ve been careful with cleaning it, so I’m concerned about both how safe this pan is to cook with as well as how long we can depend on this pan. ... show more

While it works on induction, it doesn’t work great like all hard ionized aluminum pans I’ve tried so far. They never hear up as fast as the stainless steal ones. Purchased this for breakfast, eggs, wanting quick... simple and no toxic surface. I have been looking for a greenpan and this is new. Love it. Heavy weight, great feel, nice handle and amazing non-stick. I also have been reading about toxic coatings on almost all nonstick pans, even with they say non-toxic, they have PFAS and if you read about this, most non-stick still has it, but greenpan ceramic does not. Since I am cooking for myself and kids, it is key to not put my organic eggs in a pan that is not also clean. This pan is super slick, love how it heats quickly and same for clean, quick and easy. I am a fan, buying some of the bigger fry pans as well. I highly recommend. ... show more
