Love these pans! Fried bacon very carefully, then made an omelet and the nonstick is no joke. Did it all in one pan. A really well-fitted lid is also a big deal for the way I cook. These pans are the perfect size and I really like the handle grip. They also look great on my stovetop !

Bought to replace old non stick pans. I have been very careful so far in order to avoid scratches etc. Also following the directions-not soaking until the pan has cooled off. not using high heat, cooking spray or metal utensils. So far so good. They still look brand new. The pans heat up incredibly fast and evenly. Once cooled just a quick wash with a soft sponge is all you need. Green Pan has many higher priced lines but I didn't want to spend that much. I researched on their website first but Amazon's price was the same plus free shipping. 4 stars for durability because I haven't had them that long to judge. Great purchase! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This color is perfect!!! Not only is it induction suitable ( the first colored ceramic I’ve found) but it’s dishwasher safe! The fact that this set comes with a sauté pan and frying pan makes it perfect for my apartment and storing… all though I’m leaving out for guests to see. The ceramic wiped clean super easy when making eggs and I only used a bit of butter. The first vodka sauce I made browns the onions perfect and it’s actually HUGE, big enough to cook for 4 people easily ... show more

    • Forever-chemical-free pans with a nice finish

Maybe we’ve all grown a little paranoid, but it seems like dangerous chemicals are in everything these days. When these pans advertised themselves specifically as being free of PFAS, a forever chemical often used in non-stick coatings, it seemed worth trying out. So far, these pans have been nice. First, I love the bright colors of the pans. Most non-stick pans have a dark black coating, so it’s nice to have a few plans with a blue and tan color scheme. It also makes burned food a little more apparent, so its easy to tell when you’ve cleaned it off -- Sometimes whenI clean my black pans, I can’t tell if it’s a burned piece of grease flaking off or part of the coating. I’m glad I don’t have to worry about that with these pans. So far, the non-stick promise seems to be holding up. They clean fairly easy -- though the instructions are very specific about how carefully you have to clean them to avoid damaging the coating. Thankfully the coating doesn’t have PFAS if damaged, so it may be less harmful to you, but it’s still worth being careful. They’re also dishwasher safe, but the instructions say they’ll last longer if you wash them by hand. ... show more

    • The lid won't come off!

I am making stew in the large Dutch oven pan and the lid has completely sealed to the pan. Now we can't eat dinner. I'm guessing it's a suction issue, but not being able to remove a lid is a major flaw!
