Not just stackable, this durable hard anodized collection features unique nesting lids that make sure everything stays together. The pot and saucepan include easy- pour spouts that work with the straining lids to make transfers effortless. Each of these pots and pans features our Thermolon Diamond Advanced healthy ceramic nonstick coating, our most advanced coating to date. This coating is crafted with multiple diamond-infused layers to not only make it extremely tough and metal utensil safe, but also provide excellent heat transfer and incredible nonstick performance. As always with GreenPan, our coating is free of PFAS, PFOA, lead, and cadmium, and it will not release toxic fumes, even if overheated. Dishwasher safe. Oven safe to 400°F, lids to 350°F. I have had these pans for a few months and I love them. Very easy to clean, nothing sticks to these pans! Even though they have rubber on the handles, they are definitely oven safe. I have only hand washed mine and have not put them to the test in the dishwasher yet. They are very heavy, and sturdy, and it's so great to save space in my cabinets. I've had my 11 piece Levels cookware set for a little over a year now and purposely waited that long to write a review. The set has performed fabulously and is just as non-stick today as it was when purchased. I wash by hand about 90% of the time and will run something through the dishwasher once in a while. I love the stackability of the pans as it saves a lot of storage space. The strainer lids are the best! I use the two saucepans, the large pot, and the smaller frying pan the most, the two larger frying pans I have yet to use. I love the extra handles, makes it much easier to lift and manage when heavy. A few things I wish were different: - I honor the direction to use medium heat as the highest heat setting, this means things take longer to heat up and boil/cook. It would be ideal to be able to set the cookware on high heat as desired, but that is not the recommendation. - Some of the items in the set can be purchased individually and some cannot. I find this unfortunate. In order to get more saucepans I've compromised and purchased a set of three from one of GreenPan's other cookware lines. Overall I love the Levels set and highly recommend it for anyone wanting a healthier set of cookware with great durability and useful features. ... show more

OMG!! Where has this been all my life?? I love to cook and had always been looking for a set that not only worked beautifully but cleaned up easily- I finally found it!! It heats evenly, I can use it from the oven to the stove top and cleaning it’s so easy it’s almost unbelievable.

I purchased this cookware for my daughter. I already have a GreenPan set that I purchased at Costco but it isn't as nice as this set. I saw this set at Macys for a much higher price and was attracted to it because of the stacking feature. My daughter loves it....and while I was in line at Macys I found this same set on Amazon I saved a lot of money with Amazon. ... show more

We have cooked daily on these for six months. I think it is evident from the photos that these are no longer "non-stick" though they worked fairly well for the first couple months. Before anyone asks, YES, we followed all the directions. We never made the pans too hot, didn't use cooking spray and only ever hand washed them. All rice, seasonings and cous-cous sticks. Eggs too, of course. They also stain very easily and the only thing I've found to get the stains off if baking soda and vinegar and tons of elbow grease. The pan handles on the top of the lids are metal.... Um... Why? They get hot as hell so you always have to use a potholder to lift the lid which is just poor design. They do stack together very nicely and they also weren't crazy expensive, so that's a couple positive things. They are okay if you just boil water or heat up soup but not to really cook with. I wouldn't buy this brand again. I will have to buy a while other set from some other brand and I haven't even had these for a year. It's too bad. ... show more

These started out great but I've noticed that after about 6 months of use the "non-stick" surface is becoming less and less effective. I have been extremely careful about cleaning per the manufacturer recommendations, using the correct oils, heat etc. Yet eggs and oatmeal that use to slide out with no residue just like the commercial, now stick while cooking and require elbow grease to remove. The other issue is that the edge on the lids seems ver sharp and I wish there was a lid for the smaller skillet. I was very hopeful and first but am now kinda underwhelmed. ... show more
