  • No mounting hardware is included with white models. Note: 9069 cover is non-vented and is not for marine use.
  • Battery boxes meet ABYC standard E-10 and U.S. coast guard specification number 183.420 as an OEM-installed battery hold-down system
  • Polypropylene construction for total acid resistance. Hold-down straps resist 350 pounds of force, nearly four times the USCG requirement.
  • Battery Boxes are drop tested in temperatures ranging from -20DegreeF to +120DegreeF. Mounting hardware is included.

I have 3 of these cases group 27 They are great I used the included mounts/straps/template to a small OSB cut out I wish the strap clips and mounts were better quality, but they do work fine. I dont think it could get much better for the price. I use them with 3x 12v 100ah weize battery lifepo4 The batteries cost $1k+ total I need to protect my batteries from UV and the world basically. I use these on my scanoe (more like a pontoon with outriggers) with a NT300 electric outboard these battery covers are definitely worth the investment as my batteries look new underneath the case. I also own the newport battery case, it's nice but definitely Not worth the extra cost..... doesn't fit the weize battery as well either. I love this case and fits my weize battery very well! all 3 of them! ... show more

Style: 29/31 Series
Works... but the instructions and mounting hardware are 1: for the small sized box, and 2: for a boat or the like where it is mounted on a floor. If you buy the large size box (29/31) or you need to mount to the steel cross beams in the front of your RV, you are on your own.

I bought this one since it was pretty much the least expensive one I could find. I do not have a 100 foot Benetti yacht. Perfect in my 10 foot dinghy. Holds the battery, covers the terminals to avoid an arc welding experiment, and will collect an acid spill if one should ever occur.
