The nonstick finish on these pans is exceptionally good— for superior to anything we’ve had in the past.! Some of our other pans, especially stainless steel, but even GreenPans, would have a dull residue in the bottom after cooking acidic foods, such as beans, rice, oats, potatoes. These don’t. So easy to clean! The next two things are not problems, but are things I wish GreenPan would change. Vents in the glass lids would help. Also, although I know it’s for safety reasons, the lid handles, like other manufacturers’ glass handles, are very high making storage difficult.
