I have a Cat Cora stainless steel, copper bottom pan that I’ve had for many years. I love it! It’s going to last forever. But I have not had great luck with any nonstick pan, expensive, inexpensive, as seen on tv, etc. UNTIL NOW (I hope)!! You can feel and see the quality of this pan. Makes me wonder what took me so long to buy one. I thought it was gimmicky, maybe?? Anyway, I used it the day it arrived to cook chicken and it performed great, nonsticking, and decent browning. Another good thing, it stays put. I have a glass cooktop and it stays in place and the skillet covers the entire surface area of the burner. My other deep nonstick skillet (anodized) spins and cooks unevenly - it was warped like that from the beginning. I found it unusual that the box says dishwasher and metal utensil safe. But the sticker inside the pan suggests hand washing and silicone utensils. I would never put any of my pans in the dishwasher. I think it’s important to give the customer clear instructions or information. Can I use metal utensils or not? I will definitely do some research. I am a happy customer! Update: I haven’t been cooking and using the pan recently. My husband is disappointed about the lack of browning. His grilled sandwich experience is way down with this pan. He says it doesn’t gradually brown, it just “almost burns”. Same with meats, it cooks but the meat doesn’t sear and get that lovely texture and color. Guess it’s lucky we have our Cat Cora skillet, but it’s stainless vs nonstick; we’re stuck (ironically) with this pan. ... show more

Kind of a medium quality pan. I realized I didn't notice that the "large" skillet, which looks large in the picture, is only 9 and 1/2 inches. It's very small. The surface is great. If you control the heat and keep it low these cook food pretty well. Very easy to clean with soapy water and a sponge. Although the ad says dishwasher safe, I haven't had good luck with this brand in the dishwasher in the past. For the price range these are decent pans and should last quite a while. ... show more

Have had this for 3 months. It’s holding up nicely and the nonstick is great. Heats faster than some other pans but you can get a good seat. Cleanup is easy. Will see how it holds up in the long run
