Excellent Pressure Washer! Excellent packaging! I would rate the pressure less than the claim of 4200 PSI. I have owned 3500 PSI washers which would blow me back and wear me out after long use! However, this washer has excellent pressure for cleaning a concrete driveway while at the same time detailing around landscape stones. Washing my bird bath was a breeze without knocking it over! I love the length of hose at 50 feet. I can set it up and reach many projects with ease. A great buy thanks to the builder and seller.

We purchased the 4200psi, if you are in search of a pressure washer for around home washing cars & patio furniture and such, this product will work well. I was very skeptical when I received the package due to the size but pleasantly surprised how well it works. Not sure about the 4200psi but is plenty strong enough for my needs along with a great price point. The pressure hose connection is threaded, I used quick connects that I purchased separately with a different hose for convenience, the hose & wand are usable but aftermarket brand items make the unit easier for frequent use. The machine itself is very nice, does a great job for what I need. Easily interchangeable tips are good for various jobs. That having been said, my biggest complaint is the pressure hose. I bought this machine specifically for the 50’ long hose, so I could reach my upper decks leaving the machine on the ground. That part is good. BAD part is the hose itself. Too stiff, not flexible at all, kinks easily, difficult to wrap up for storage. Trying to find a replacement hose that fits the machine, but there goes another $40-$50. A softer, more pliable hose would have been nice.

When it first arrived I tried to use it and found the intake threads on the connector were pipe threads and not hose threads. No big deal as I bought a brass female pinto female hose connector. After that I was able to use the pressure washer and it worked fine. Two weeks later I hooked it up and started pressure washing my parrots cage. All of a sudden the shaft from the handle to the nozzle split at the seam and water was going everywhere. I discovered the wand shaft was made of plastic and broke at the seam. Mt bad for not checking that it was metal but the description really didn’t say. I called Amazon and told them of the issue. They said to return it and they would issue a credit. I told them I no longer had the box it came in so could the send a replacement which I will pay for and then pack the old unit in the box the new one came in. Then they could issue a pickup and a credit. The customer service person said they had no replacements. I checked while I was on the phone and they were still in stock but selling at a Black Friday price. I told the Amazon agent this and she just said they would not issue a replacement. I proceeded to find several boxes I could make into one that would work. I packed it up and DHL picked it up two days later. Amazon issued the refund as soon as it was picked up by DHL. That’s when I noticed they were charging me a $22 restocking fee for a damaged unit. I still have to contact Amazon but I will say charging me a restocking fee for a broken part is ridiculous as they had replacements in stock. I recommend that anyone considering this pressure washer to look elsewhere and NOT to buy this product. Look for one with a metal wand. I have since ordered another brand and waiting for a response on the restocking fee from Amazon.
