Update: I added one star to my original review not because I had a change in heart in the look or quality of the item but because the customer service has been very good since that original review. In person this set looks very cheap. Due to the nature of the design it takes a very long time to put together. Cushions are thin and you could feel the seat bottoms and backs beneath. The three seat sofa is good size but the side chairs are very small almost looking like kids chairs. Should have done more research before snapping up this Prime day deal. ... show more

    • Well-built, sturdy and comfortable
This set is very sturdy with cushions that are full and comfortable. The cushion material seems durable. It took a little bit of time to assemble but everything fit together well. I would suggest you use a box wrench and a ratcheting screwdriver with an allen bit instead of the small tools they supplied. I love the look of it. ... show more
