The Basics: 52 yr old / Female Assembled chair on my own Time started: 3:02 pm Time finished 3:14 pm Before purchasing these bar stools I believe I had read all the reviews and came out with mixed feelings. I bought the bar chairs mainly because of the price point. 2 stools for 102.00 and they were adjustable for height. History: I drove 40 miles to purchase locally what I thought were the same stools at 75.00 per stool. Once arrived, the seats of the stools were tiny and I felt like I was falling out the sides. I’m 5’8 1/2 and I wear a size 8 so I am not a large female. So I passed on purchasing. Next I ordered from Overstock. Received the chairs but they were charcoal grey- not light grey and the seat diameter was small and again I felt like I was sitting in a kids seat. I paid $318.00 for 4 stools and lost $105.00 for returning. Just their policy. If not damaged you pay the shipping fee. (Yes, I shopped around - best shipping fee I could get). Finally I found a pair on Amazon. I purchased 2 of these, for 102.00 - I’m a Prime Member so I knew I could return for free. I put them together in 10 minutes. The color is a true Dove Grey / light. The faux leather looks real. They are very comfortable. The seat width is excellent, oversized as needed for adults. Do not let the word oversized concern you. I use it because the seat width is comfortable for an adult and the other 2 purchases I felt were like child seats. The only negative is that the base is very very light. Which makes the chair a little less steady. What I mean by that is when you are seated the seat is great. When you go to get out of it, it tends to lightly tip or feel that it is. In conclusion, I used the 2 stools for a month. We found them to be great. So after the month ended and we were satisfied, I ordered another set. So now we have 4. The second set took 2 minutes longer to set up because I had trouble getting the plastic cap off, so I lost time when getting a small knife to slice the cap off. I put the chairs together completely by myself. A 10 year old could do it. For $102.00 this is an EXCELLENT buy.

It's a good stool if you want something affordable. I got it a couple months ago and it's starting to squeak a little but it's been holing up. If you want something comfortable i will look elsewhere. Sitting on it for a long time can get quite uncomfortable. But overall goo chair for the price and less expensive than others.

Not only are these bar stools beautiful, but they’re comfortable, easy to assemble, and probably the cheapest I found ANYWHERE. I had no idea bar stools were so expensive until I had to shop around for some. I was a bit scared that the quality wouldn’t be so great, seeing how much cheaper they were than anything I had found. But I was pleasantly surprised!

I just got the bar stools in the mail and immediately put it together. It was really easy to put together, minus the black cap having to be soaked in oil and having to use a flat head to make it come off. But other than that I love them!!
