UPDATE 11/2025 Another year down and these pans are holding up beyond my expectations. I was initially worried about using them in the oven because of the anodized coating, but it doesn't seem to bother it in the least. Every pan still looks great! Looks used, but great if that makes sense. UPDATE 8/2024 I have had this set now for 2 years and I have to say the set is a work-horse. I've ised them on and off in many situations including deep frying and oven baked chicken. So far I see absolutely no signs of the nonstick surface doing anything other than looking great and acting as it should. Bumping my rating up to 5 stars. ORIGINAL REVIEW - - > I purchased this set a few months ago and have been using them exclusively. I needed to replace my old non-stick set so I chose this one. I have had an 8 inch Granite Stone pan for several years now and based my purchase fro this set's decision partly on that pan which has held up swimmingly. This set really isn't the same animal as that one Granite Stone pan. One of the things I dislike about it is the smooth bottom. When stirring something, the pot or pan tends to move or slide as it has not grip circles on the base then ends up scratching the anodized coating. After reading other reviews, I have to say... why would anyone put a pan with a anodized coating in the dishwasher? IT WILL STRIP IT! Yes it says "dishwasher safe", but that doesn't mean you should. And why would anyone put a non-stick pan in the dishwasher anyway. Can't be that hard to clean in the sink. But I digress. I'm not sure I'll even try putting them in the oven (even though it says "oven safe"). I have a nice big stainless steel pan for that job. I don't have a big family to cook for so obviously this set will last me longer than someone who does. I just wanted a replacement set for the set I had where the non stick coating was starting to breakdown. This set has just about every pan for every cooking situation you'll need. The saute pans were a bit shallow in my opinion, but I'm sure I can work with that. I also purchased a multi size set of spider mats to put in between the pots and pans to keep them safe from scratching while stacked. I do hope these last and only time will tell. I cannot yet attest to the "durability" of the set as I just haven't used them overall enough yet but like I said, so far so good. It would make an excellent gift for someone just starting out cooking or setting up new housekeeping. It really is a complete set and won't need much else.

I cook and bake a ALOT. I previously had two very high quality sets of pans which are both still in excellent condition(Emeril pans and Wearever pans) I fell in love with these diamond pans at a vacation rental and my husband bought this set for me even though I already had two great sets because they are far superior to the ones I had. I was incredibly impressed with the quality when I received them and having used them for the last 6 weeks they have far exceeded my expectations. These are actually all nonstick and incredibly easy to clean. The handles don’t get hot when cooking with them and I have a gas stove and are also very ergonomic. I love that the skillets stay hot longer than other brands when you remove them from the heat so when the food is finished cooking you can pull them off the burner so it stops cooking but it stays warm for quite a while so your food doesn’t get cold. They look really nice so I wouldn’t be opposed to serving from them. I love that they’re nonstick and you can use metal utensils in them without scratching. I had an expensive fancy copper skillet(supposedly nonstick) not true at all. I gave it away when I got these since they truly are nonstick. Also this set came with so much more than most sets at this price. It is an incredible value. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I bought this set to replace an older set of another brand that were scratching and honestly not performing up to the standards I expected. These work great. The non-stick surface is exactly that - non-stick! It makes them so easy to prepare food and clean. They look great too. The lids fit well, and the handles are solid. I really like the vent hole in the glass lids too! The heat distribution is good and even, one of the most important features. I would be proud to give this set as a gift!

We replaced our 15-year old set of Circulon when the bottoms began to be hard to clean. We did a lot of research and settled on the Granitestone Pro set. They are excellent pans. So why only 4 stars instead of 5? Because they are not perfect. The really good is how non-stick they are, and how easily they clean. While I didn't do what many seem to do, the "egg test", nothing has stuck so far. I have never wanted to cook an egg without some butter or oil, and I don't see a reason to test my pan in a manner in which I will never use it. I made some scrambled cheese eggs today with a touch of olive oil in the pan, and when I plated the eggs, it looked as if nothing had been cooked in it. Grilled cheese came out great, and pan seared chicken finished in the oven cooked beautifully. What could be better is that the handles of the pans stay cool, but only at the ends. If you grip closely to the pan, maybe to get a little leverage, the handles are hot. If you're aware, it's not much of an issue, but it is worth mentioning. On the stock pot, both handles are very short and get hot. I'm not a fan of glass lids. That applies to every set. As soon as you start cooking, they fog, so what's the point? Ok...more specifically, they could have been engineered where all lids are somewhat interchangeable between pots and pans. We kept a few lids from our outgoing set, such as the 8" frying pan, so we can cover everything if we need to. And this set can really use a 12" skillet that is a few inches deep. There is a 10" built like this, but that's really small for a family of 4. The next size you can get like that is 14", which I think might get unwieldy. A 5.5 quart (12") would be the "Goldilocks" size, in my opinion, and you can't buy it separately. That said, I still recommend the set. We'll be adding at least the square pan, which my kids love for various items, and maybe the square grill pan. For the money, the set is a great value.
