Putting the fireplace together. It seems a little wobbly. We've got off to the part where you have to put the metal through the hole and then put the knob on. The problem is the knob was already on so it doesn't fit through the hole and we tried everything to get the knob off and it seems like it is stuck on there. Tried going to Amazon and they said the only thing we could do is return it. It was a real pain in the butt to put together so we didn't want to break it down So trying to contact the company and it's all in China so it seems impossible to get an answer from them on how to take the knob off or at least give us a replacement for that piece. ... show more

We purchased a wood fire pit from Amazon not long ago and eventhough it is still very good, it does get inconvenient sometimes with all the works to light up the fire pit. That's when we decided to buy this gas firepit and put it in our sunroom (the wood fire pit is on the yard). It makes things look sort of fancier I must admit. Everything works fine and the kids has the best and fastest S'mores ever whenever they want. I have shopped around in town and online for a quit while and try to find a nice firepit. When I see the picture of this firepit I wanted. It came quickly and I can easily install it. It is a little heave but sturdy. So far I am pleased with this buy, although I only used a few (2) times. I will for sure use it more often when the weather is warmer.
