Excellent peace of mind when letting out our pug. We do live out in the country but we are next to a two laned highway that people like to speed down. We don't have a full fenced in yard and I never heard of a GPS collar system. We use Satellite internet and we have a good signal out here so I figure this would work too. It does to my relief. I have used other static training collars in the past to correct excessive barking and just the beep followed by a vibration is usually enough to get his attention. He's learning slowly that now it's not just excessive barking but going to far from the house will stimulate the same response from the collar. We are in the process of finishing the fence but this is a nice substitute for now. It's easy to set up and use and bonus points for being waterproof.

We love the freedom the Halo collar gives our GSP pup and us! We live on a few acres with no fence and can always tell where he is and call him back if he tries to wander off thanks to the alerts to our phones. And the walk feature is great for when he gets to go for a ride! In short, it saved our sanity with our insanely energetic little guy!! We had a collar battery stop charging and Jen in support was amazing. She was so easy to work with and got us a replacement right away! 1054

This review is for the GPS Wireless dog fence system electric dog fence system collar for dogs. IT DOES NOT WORK!!! It is not because we don't know how to work new electronica because we are very tech savvy, We have tried everything to get it to work because we desperately needed it to work since we have a little escape artist of a dog. The problem is, because of a family crisis, this was put on the back burner , and we did not remember to try this until after the window closed for replacing or returning it. So, now we're stuck with it. The one good thing is that at the time of purchase, we got it for $16.99, and we were thrilled and a bit skeptical because other brands were much higher. But, we thought we had found a great deal. Imagine my surprise when I looked this product up today and see that the price has raised to $99.99!! This is terrible! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!

Living on a bit of land in the countryside, it’s tough to keep our pup from wandering. Set the boundary at about 400 yards to give her space but still keep her out of the woods. It works surprisingly well, and I didn’t need to bury a single wire. The collar gives a gentle reminder if she starts to wander—first with sound, then with vibration, and rarely, a small static correction. She figured it out pretty fast. I also appreciate that the levels adjust automatically depending on how she reacts, so I don’t have to constantly change settings. She’s been able to run around freely without getting into trouble, and I feel better knowing there’s something keeping her in check.

I have a hound that loves trying to escape out of our fence and so this I found to be an absolute must! And it works great! I love that it’s waterproof that way I never have to worry about her getting into puddles and destroying the device. It’s pretty durable and has many different modes that you can set it for. I have it on the lowest of the modes and it works just fine for my girl. Fits great and has a great battery life. The price is worth every penny.

First thing I noticed—it’s waterproof, which is a must for my dog who somehow finds every mud puddle. The range is flexible enough that I was able to create a nice-sized space for her to roam on our property. No complicated setup, no extra gadgets, just a collar and GPS. Once I strapped it on, I walked the boundary myself and it stayed pretty accurate. The collar reacts with a beep first, then a little vibration, which is just enough to get her attention without freaking her out. It’s got a long battery life too, which is handy since I don’t remember to charge things often.

I picked this up recently for our family dog who loves running around. It’s got that GPS feature built in, so we didn’t need to bury any wires or install a base station, which made life easier. I tested the collar around our medium-sized backyard, and it held the boundary pretty accurately. The vibration and beep are a decent warning. I tried out the different settings, and the collar seems to adjust itself depending on how the dog reacts, which I really liked. It’s also waterproof, so I didn’t worry when he jumped into a puddle after a rainstorm. It’s been a solid way to give our dog some freedom while keeping him safe.
