This GPS tracker has been excellent. It’s very precise and updates quickly, so I always know exactly where the vehicle is. I really like the alerts. It notifies me right away when the car is started, stopped, speed alerts and even if the device has been disconnected. Setup was simple and has been very reliable. Highly recommend for peace of mind and security. And at least here in the US there’s no monthly subscription. Can’t beat it if you tried.

After reading some of the negative reviews, I was a bit hesitant, but after installing it I found out the real story. This thing works GREAT. It shows real time location of the vehicle and keeps a day by day history of where it has been. It has some great features, like speed alert and geofencing, and all without a monthly fee. How can you miss! I am more then satisfied with this product and I do not understand why there are any negative reviews

I am pleased with the TrackEase GPS tracker thus far (bought earlier this year). It does not update instantly like Life 360 (it may take 10-30 seconds at times), but I use it for an older vehicle (not a person) to keep track of. There is no monthly fee, so for the value, quality, and ease of use (app, device, etc.), I am well pleased and would purchase another one (and will likely do so in the future). It fits into the OBD port, and it is small, compact, and hardly noticeable.

BEST TRACKER I have used!! Husband has medical issues and just needed a tracker for peace of mind. Airtags were just not reliable. So after some research I decided on this. I bought the OBD port tracker so I wouldn't have to worry about recharging or changing batteries. It doesn't drain the car battery, it's only on when the key or engine is on, or if you open the app to see where the truck is. The app alerts me when the truck starts/stops , and I can check the LIVE view for his where abouts. GPS is spot on, maybe a few seconds delay. I liked this so much, I bought another one. Rate this a 10 out of 10 if I could!!!

I purchased this Tracker to record mileage for reporting purposes for business. The unit was easy to install and configure. However, to my amazement, this system lacks the ability to generate any kind of report or export trip history date that would allow you meet mileage reporting requirements. After contacting Support on the issue (they very responsive), they indicated that such a feature would be forthcoming in future releases (hasn't happen and there is information about when this might happen). Support offered to provide a csv of my trip history but the data set is limited to data and mileage only with no geolocation data available. Such a dataset is almost worthless for reporting/billing needs. Its hard to imagine someone designing such a system without the capacity to generate detailed trip reports or export data. The only way to may this system usable is to record trip by date on paper and then correlate it to the data. Having to contact Support to export your data is a terrible work around. Please upgrade the app to include exporting and include geolocation data in the dataset. Please release a web-based dashboard so devices can be centrally tracked and their data accessed. With those two features it will be a great product/service.
