This belt is useful on both sides of your legs.the velcro is sturdy it doesn't come lose. You can sleep with it on throughout the night. And it really releases the sciatica pain.

I love the pain relief this offers. My pain goes from a 8 to a 2 or 3 with no medicine. I find that amazing. It helps my hip in place which also decreased my knee pain. It's overall comfortable to a point. Now for the cons: it gets hot, very hot, but I also live in FL and work in a warehouse. The second negative is there is no way to go to the bathroom without taking it off, which increase your restroom time, which is inconvenient while at work. I wore it under my clothing and it was mostly comfortable but I had one strap I guess in the wrong spot and it was a bit irritating. When I changed it's location it was better. I will use powder when wearing this since it gets so hot. It's a bit inconvenient but the pain relief was worth it in the end.

I injured something in my right hamstring area that is also hurting my sciatic nerve. Waiting for a mri, that was several days away. I decided to order this product to maybe get some relief. Once I received item, it was very easy to put on. Within an hour I noticed some good relief. I was able to go from constantly having to lay down, to being able to sit up some on the couch. The compression along the back of my hamstring as well as the positioning on the hip/back provided a good amount of support, that allowed me to move better. This product isn't designed for a permanent fix, but did help provide me some relief and stability. I will continue to use it as needed. I would like to also mention that it's pretty comfortable too. I wore it over my shorts for some of the day and then readjusted later on under my shorts. It didn't itch or anything. Overall good product and I would recommend if you Need to take the edge off from sciatic pain.

This sciatica sleeve has helped me so much when walking and back suppression. Easy to put on, the size is perfect and comes with a carrying bag which I love. This product is inexpensive, Velcro hold very well, and design is functionable when using.

I have severe pain on both sides of my lumbar region after 10 minutes of standing or walking. I put on the brace, and it had no affect on my pain. So I sent it back. I also found it difficult to put on. If you have healthy arms, it's probably OK, but I have partially torn rotator cuffs in both arms and can't easily reach around my back to grab the velcro strap. I need a strap in front to tighten the strap properly.
