The manual that came with the device was very small. Used a magnifying glass to read. Manual instruction not clear and it seems like the device was made for China as default. Difficult to estup as it did not come with SIM card and there was only a certain kind of SIM card that could be used. I'm sure its a good product IF someone get it to run. ... show more

Absolutely zero customer tech support so don't expect any will not work with any SIM card that I have used and the ones I use for specifically designed for GPS locators like this one all it does when you pull up the app is trying to find the GPS locator and just keep saying no data no data no data no data! What a wasted time and money especially after the purchase you find out that you have to purchase a SIM card and monthly plan with this and then it still doesn't work. ... show more

No directions to set it up. Requires a SIM card and doesn’t come with one. App is in Chinese in certain areas even after you change it to English. Doesn’t charge. Doesn’t connect. Simply does not work.

To start with, to read the instructions you need a microscope; is that to DISCOURAGE the buyers from using or throwing the item away ,maybe be to hide the poor quality of the product ???. If one can read the instructions they are difficult to understand because many times literal translations from Chinese to English do not make any sense ; Amazon should make sure those instructions are written in clear English,they should not be a guesswork much less a word game. ... show more

Directions in Chinese. The app to download is Chinese. I had to throw it away. Do not buy. After I bought it someone called me with this item number and price and said they needed my credit card number and debt card number because the store this came from was fraudulent charging my credit cards.
