So we just got to use this recently and it worked great for us. We have a 42 foot 5th wheel trailer that we pull with a 2023 Ford F350 Super duty pick-up it has the factory navigation system that I set up with the trailer dimensions. The trailer is 13 foot 4 inches high and I'm concerned with low over passes. last year we came very close when the onboard navigation system took us on a route with two low over passes one was listed at 13-4 after that I decided that we needed a truckers navigation system. We now made several trips with this GPS system and I'm very impressed with the easy set up for routes and the fact that it shows me over passes and low clearance in advance. I would highly recommend unit to anyone with the concerns for routes with large trailers.

I needed a basic GPS to put in an older car I bought. I've had several older Garmins, but they were twice the money and had much worse recent reviews. I took a chance on this one, and am very impressed. The display is a comfortable size and has good definition. The navigation has been flawless so far, and it updates the screen very fast. I will say that the instructions left a lot to be desired, but after some fiddling around ,I got it set up.Have only had it a couple of months, but am very happy with it so far.

My wife and I do a lot of traveling with our 2006 convertible Sebring and of course being that old it has no navigation features. We usually then take our little Garmin along and of course we have our smart phones that have Google maps which works ok but I wanted something with a larger screen so it's easier to see and follow the route. This GPS unit upon opening is a great size! I took it for a short test drive and was really impressed with how well it showed all my local roads and led me right to my first destination I had typed in. We're going on a 2,500+ mile trip in a week so when we get back I'll really have some updated information as to how this unit performed but so far I love it!

The operating system on this GPS is not great and it is not good at finding addresses. I tried searching for known addresses and it couldn’t find any results. When I tried searching for restaurants in a specific town, the results of gave were 150+ miles away. I would spend a bit more to get Garmin or a more reputable brand.

After reading several other reviews, I decided to give this a try. Big mistake. It does not show a couple of things that I need to see in a GPS such as my actual speed or maybe it does show the actual speed and after looking for 30 minutes, I certainly couldn’t find it and gave up. It also does not use a standard ball mount, nor does it allow vertical use. I sent this back and bought a used Garmin at a great price, added another memory card to it, so it could handle the new database, and downloaded the free database. Problem solved.

The cons of this GPS device: 1) Even though the volume was set at maximum the spoken directions were difficult to hear 2) The time setting only can be set for standard time, does not allow for daylight savings time.

This GPS navigator is exactly what I was looking for to use in my truck. Phones are just too little for my taste. The hood/reflection device works great for blocking out glare. It seems like it would benefit from thicker plastic to clamp to the edges a little better. It holds fine on paved roads, but tends to move on bumpy gravel/dirt roads. Not really a big deal for me, and the only issue that I have come across after a couple of months use. You can fully customize the screen to your taste with easy to navigate settings. There’s even a handful of different color themes for both daytime and nighttime driving. It has male and female voices from lots of different countries to choose from to guide you along. It shows your current speed which is always dead on with my speedometer. Overall this GPS is a winner for me. It’s packed with features and it’s a great deal for the price.
