I hate writing negative reviews but this was my experience. The first one I received would never power up. Even after charging overnight. All I got was a red light next to the charging port. The replacement I received the USB charging port was misaligned; only 50% visible. (I may add photo later.). I tried to gently nudge it back into place but it would pop back with force, meaning the entire interior unit was loose and misaligned. I'm not one of those impossible to please customers. But the way the return policy works I now have to repackage, print shipping labels, and drive halfway across the city to a UPS return site, so 2 hours of my life I'll never get back. I received 2 missed calls from China after I returned the first. Maybe someone there tried to reach out, trying to do the right thing. So I added an extra star and wish them luck but wow this is frustrating. ... show more

This works well and will tell you ahead of time when you need to turn. It has a ton of different settings. I bought it for navigation mainly. I like to know where I'm going if I drive somewhere unfamiliar. It has speed warning, different voice settings, color settings, trip settings, zoom in and zoom out, volume control, traffic warnings, and many other options. Decent GPS for the price. ... show more

Very poor! This did not save me time and definitely did not help me get where I was going. I tried to think of something nice to say but could not find one thing. It is so bright at night it is a distraction to driving. The menu options are not for driving directions I do not know what they are for. The graphics have you looking at something but it does not resemble where you are. Tried to use it in 6 of the United States and was terrible. Worse than bad. Stop to and ask directions is a better than this. ... show more

The GPS didn't have my home address and also another place I frequent wasn't in there. I was told to just use a zip code to navigate. Worst experience ever!

Terrible GPS, doesn't even find the fastest route. Didn't trust to use it, returned it and used my phone GPS.

google has the same trip for 727 miles the shortest trip on this is 859 miles like to return it but can not get a shipping label
