This is a very nice navigation system and well worth the money. Great investment if you do a lot of driving to areas you don't know well. The screen is bright and has great color and many landmarks. It automatically changes at exits to show you the lanes and also lists the gas stations at exits. Then reverts back to your main route once pass the exit. We travel often using MAPS on our iPhone 14. Our 2015 Subaru Forester does not have on board navigation; this was to be a nice addition. The product looked great and has a nice mounting system. The power cord was nice with a robust plug for the lighter socket. On our Recent trip to Charlotte, NC , I had a difficult time entering our destination. In fact, it did not recognize the address I tried to enter. The interface is cumbersome. It is not at all intuitive which is exacerbated by very poor operating instructions. The supplied sun shield was akin to working a puzzle as there are no instructions. and was very flimsy. We ended up using our phones for the trip. I returned it to Amazon. ... show more

I bought this item for a elderly man almost 80. I needed something easy to operate as his use and knowledge is limited for electronics. After setting it up and adding his home address I placed the unit in easy mode. I also purchased a hard case so he could leave it in his glove box. I showed him how to use it. Once he turns the unit on it only takes two buttons to get him home. He has a tendency to forget where he's at and how to get home. I received the GPS and was able to install it rather quickly into my vehicle. The instructions were easy and the touch screen was smooth. There were a lot of options including uploading music files onto the GPS which is a nice addition. The only problem is, I was unable to use the GPS function. Perhaps it was a mishap with the product. I wasn't sure about the quality as this gps was much cheaper than a lot of the others. I was very pleasantly surprised. This is a really nice gps. It does everything I need and more. Great gps and quick delivery. I highly recommend this gps.
