This GPS will take you where you want to go. It does not give real time updates. For example, it will tell me to get off at an Exit that is closed or go to a street that is closed due to construction. I expected it to give alternate routes especially when there is an accident on the interstate instead of directing me right into the grid locked traffic.     • UNSAFE and TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!
DO NOT BUY-UNSAFE AND WITH MANY PROBLEMS. No support for this GPS. Manufacturer(unknown) has no website and offers no help. Turn voice speaks when I am very close to the turn which makes this GPS very unsafe. No ability to update maps. Maps are out of date.

Sending back. Maps are out of date and no way to update them. Just received yesterday and spent about three hours trying to get them updated and finally contacted Amazon to assist. The manufacturer they gave me was selling their domain so they said I can send it back for a refund. They did send a free UPS label thank goodness! What a hassle. I actually thought it was a Garmin because that came up when I searched for Garmin only. I wish they wouldn't do that. I have caught that on other items but unfortunately not on this one. I have used the device four times since I have purchased it, and each time I got a wrong direction. I was following the street signs to the Garden State Parkway. The device was telling me to go in a different direction. While on the Parkway, the device was telling me to turn left at the traffic light. There are no traffic lights on the Parkway. After getting off the Parkway, the device was giving me a wrong direction to my house. In the driveway of my house, the device was still telling me to go in another direction. I've never used or had a GPS device. I only have an old Trac phone flip phone with no GPS. This unit sounded like something I could use. I was so wrong. I went to my son's wedding (in another state) and bought this so guide me there. Well, thankfully my brother was with me, and we had to use his GPS on his phone. This device sent to the Mass Pike, and I ended up getting a bill for 1.50 in the mail!!!! We used my brother's phone and got home much quicker and not using Mass pike. I'll have to sell it on marketplace b/c I'm over the return ... show more
