I have to say this is probably the best heater that we have ever purchased. I love the fact that it comes with an app and you can control the heater and especially if you have little kids or young big kids running around that like to touch things and mess with things they shouldn't, you can actually lock the heater from the app so even if they try to press buttons nothing will work because it's locked. I also really like the app because you can make it auto turn off, you can set it at whatever temperature you want, and when it gets to that temperature it stops. We have a pretty decent size living room and I have to say, this little compact heater packs a big punch. It has a really strong blower that truly does move the heat and pushes it into the room. It's very sleek, it looks modern, it kind of looks like decoration because of how nice it looks. I really enjoy having the app on my phone because we make the temperature lower at night time around 70°. About 30 minutes before we get up to get my son ready for school, I can turn it up to 78 degrees, and it's super nice and toasty in the living room when my 7 year old gets up to get ready for school. I have found that using space heaters in your home during the winter time saves you on electricity more than having your heat going on for the entire house. We have space heaters in our bathrooms, we have two in our living room and we also use decorative blankets to insulate the living room to keep it nice and warm so the heaters don't have to work on overdrive. I would also recommend to switch your ceiling fans to go counterclockwise to help push the heat down, because as you know heat rises - when you switch your ceiling fans it pushes the heat back to the floor. We live in an older house so we have to be a little creative when it comes to keeping our house warm and electricity bill down. This heater is absolutely fantastic I would recommend it to anyone because it is super safe, it's easy to use. I believe it does come with the remote As well, we just don't use the remote we use the app on our phone which is super easy to set up. My only issue with the app which I think they just fixed was that it would forget my Bluetooth heater and I would have to re-add it every time I wanted to use it but I've noticed as of late I haven't had to do that so hopefully when you get this that isn't an issue for you. But that is literally my only complaint that I have which is saying something. If you are trying to pick a heater to buy on here, stop your search after reading this comment it is 100% worth the money. I know when I first looked at this heater when my husband told me that he ordered one, I was like this is a little expensive for a tiny little heater but let me tell you something - it's worth every penny!! We plan on buying a few more just so we have extra heaters if this winter in Texas gets as bad as we expected to get. ... show more

    • The Little Heater That Could

I’m someone who is most comfortable in hot temperatures and hate the cold so naturally I got the room in our house that stays unnaturally cold. It was fine throughout the summer but now in cooler winter months I could no longer tolerate waking up in an ice box every day so I finally bought this heater, which arrived a few hours later (thanks prime), and it has changed everything!!! It has completely changed how I sleep and how I wake up every morning. I no longer have to wear heavy layers to bed and stack multiple blankets just to wake up sweaty and cold. My room is now a perfect to me 73F 24/7 which has improved everything from the quality of my sleep, my energy throughout the day, and my mood. My room isn’t huge but pretty decent sized, and it took about an hour to go from 58F to 85F on its highest setting. I’m not sure how well it’d do heating up a large open area but it’s perfect for a room or office. It feels pretty well built and I got it on sale for about $30 which is the best bang for buck on any personal heater I’ve owned. It’s not excessively loud or annoying either which makes falling asleep with it on pretty easy. I really like being able to control it from the app, and it’s best feature by far is the auto setting. This is a great safety feature and also very convenient as my room is always the perfect temp now. I don’t have to wake up to turn it off when it gets too warm then back on when it gets too cold and wait for it to heat the room up again. Setting it up on the app is very straightforward however I do wish they’d support logging in through Apple ID, email, Socials as I felt like the set up took longer than I’d expect for a heater. However that’s not a big deal or even a complaint. In conclusion, this heater is by far the best personal heater of the many that I’ve owned. I’m ordering more for my other rooms and highly recommend it to anyone. It’s worth mentioning that I live in Southern California, so someone who lives somewhere that actually gets cold might have a different experience or need a larger heater; you still can’t go wrong with a very well equipped heater for >$50. ... show more

PROS: It is small, fairly quiet, and it does put out a very good flow of well heated air. It is VERY good at making heat. I would rate it equal to or better than any of several heaters I use in this big house. No. It will not heat the house, but it heats the entire 100 sf plus area where I nestle with my doggy and binge watch NetFlix. Now the outside is 52F and this little heater alone is holding us at a comfortable 74F. No kidding. It rocks. I have to turn it to low on evenings like this. CONS: The control system: It is SO FRUSTRATING. To me, as a product development engineer, I totally understand the cheapness their control system brings to production cost. The problem I have is that it follows no metaphor I've ever seen for communication. It is profoundly counter intuitive. Nevertheless...IT IS SIMPLE. Screw around with the invisible buttons for a few days and you'll learn to think in Chinese. It CAN be made to work intuitively...have trust. Pavlov proved it.
