bits of the blue stick EVERYWHERE. it's like a very very fine glitter almost. lingered in my car for a week lol. but it's pretty and "one of the bluest blues I've ever seen" was a compliment I received. quality is decent and fairly soft. I'll wear it again next year probably. it's also fairly long. I am 5' 8" and weigh 200lbs. I bought the largest size. I tightened the cords and tailored the bodice because it was actually too wide (but most 2x clothing is too wide for my narrow shoulders). I have a 32" inseam (very long arms and legs), but it was the perfect length! After the first time through the washing machine, the blue velveteen started fuzzing off just a little bit, but it held together pretty well (I did not put it in the dryer). It was somewhat better than the typical cheap, flimsy Halloween costume material, but something I expect to get several wears out of. Would be good for Renaissance festivals, etc. For size reference, I’m 5’4” 124 lb, 34B/C. and it was perfect for what I wanted. Love this dress! I’m usually a 12/14 curvy with boobs and a butt and glad I sized up. Set of strings in front and back let this fit sizes 12-16. Got XX-L. Also ordered dress from another Amazon supplier that was cheaper, but this one was worth a few extra bucks for the quality. The material is thick enough that it’s not see through. Super comfy! Also got the wig in the pic from Amazon. I’m 5’4 and wearing 2” heels for reference.
