I am 5' 8" and weigh 200lbs. I bought the largest size. I tightened the cords and tailored the bodice because it was actually too wide (but most 2x clothing is too wide for my narrow shoulders). I have a 32" inseam (very long arms and legs), but it was the perfect length! After the first time through the washing machine, the blue velveteen started fuzzing off just a little bit, but it held together pretty well (I did not put it in the dryer). Time will tell how well it holds up to multiple washings. Good neckline. Looks nice with a choker necklace.

Wore this for a Renaissance fair, and got tons of compliments on it. The style is very flattering, but it was a bit long on me. I liked that the lacing in the front and back make it so easy to achieve a perfect, flattering fit. The sleeves are beautifully cut. The material is a little thin and cheap feeling, but overall, I highly recommend this gown.

I was so excited to get this dress for a Renaissance Fair, but my excitement quickly faded after I opened the package. The dress was "okay", but the quality of the material was not what I expected from the look of the picture. It was thin velvety Halloween costume type fabric. It doesn't feel good, and it looks cheap. It got me through the day (looking somewhat the part), but I won't wear it again. The fit was as expected, and the laces make it adjustable if you need some loosening or tightening in the chest/waist area.

Love this dress! I’m usually a 12/14 curvy with boobs and a butt and glad I sized up. Set of strings in front and back let this fit sizes 12-16. Got XX-L. Also ordered dress from another Amazon supplier that was cheaper, but this one was worth a few extra bucks for the quality. The material is thick enough that it’s not see through. Super comfy! Also got the wig in the pic from Amazon. I’m 5’4 and wearing 2” heels for reference. Got many compliments for a Halloween party, but would also be great for a Renaissance or princess look.
