First day has been great, exactly what I expected. I haven't connected it to WiFi yet, but it isn't necessary either, it works fine without it. The unit has 3 ice cube size settings, and is designed well, it keeps the ice frozen better than my last one. The water chamber is below the ice tray, like most lower cost models, so the water is recycled to make ice. There is an alarm that goes off when the ice bucket is full, it is loud enough to hear from the neighboring room, in case you want to remove the ice. As soon as the ice is cleared, it starts making ice again, without addition intervention. The ice chamber is slightly larger than my last model, and the water chamber is also slightly deeper. The unit is easily cleaned with the self clean feature. To keep it clear of any gunk, it should be cleaned regularly. I clean mine with citric acid, it works very well to keep appliances that use water, clean. The ice so far has been clear, and tastes good, I use filtered water as well. The water chamber has a small plug in the bottom so it can be drained into a bucket or straight into the sink. The unit is quiet, it makes the same amount of noise as my last one. The unit is very good way to use, and super self explanatory.

I was skeptical about a counter top ice maker; however, I'm a believer now! It makes ice very quickly but it tends to melt quickly. I found that if I put the ice into a single layer in a plastic zip top bag, it freezes nicely and is easy to dispense once emptied into a bowl in the freezer. It makes a gallon bag of ice per tank of water. I don't let the ice stay in the machine until the basket fills up, rather I empty it after 2-3 batches. The instructions for cleaning and use are very simple. Of course the machine will not hold the ice so don't expect to turn it on and walk away expecting ice to be there for hours.

I purchased this icemaker after a previous purchase of a competing brand turned out to be a total bust. This one I’ve had this one for almost a year now and it has worked wonderfully. I keep it in my garage, which is very dusty, but this machine holds up even in a dusty environment. My only complaint is that the ‘ice full’ sensor is overly sensitive, as it turns the ice machine off prematurely. But overall, a great product for the money.

I love having the option of 3 different size ice cubes. I bought the ice maker so that I could enjoy my daily iced coffee. I never seem to have enough Ice from my built in fridge ice maker. I fill the ice maker with water to the FULL line and press start. As I see the basket get full, I empty into a gallon size ziptop or my lidded container and store in the freezer. I can get 3 full bags of ice without adding more water. I now have ice for the entire week!! NEXT, frozen margaritas!!!

I have bought 2 of these. My first one was kidnapped and taken to college one weekend by my son. The boys enjoyed having an ice maker since their rental didn't have one. This ice maker makes a batch of ice that fills my 32 oz insulated cup fairly quickly. My husband likes to chew on the ice because it is not frozen solid. The downside is that the ice doesn't last long. The ice in my freezer lasts all night in my insulated cup, but this ice melts after a couple of hours.

Super awesome. Works amazingly. I only wish it refrigerated the ice in the tray once finished making ice… but it doesn’t. I love that it syncs to wifi and I can receive alerts on my phone about water levels or the ice tray being full

I bought this as a engagement gift for my sister and her fiancé. They wanted a way to have lots of ice as they moved out of the house they were living in, and their apartment fridge didn't have a built-in ice maker. Now happily married, they still use it every day.
