Love it! Takes a little longer than my last ice maker but the ice doesn't melt as fast. I wanted it for the wifi function which is good but I wish you could turn it off or on via the app.

I'm continually amazed by Govee. Their wide range of products, including lights, heaters, and humidifiers, have consistently impressed me. The ice machine in particular stands out for its quiet and efficient operation. It takes approximately 6 minutes to produce a batch of medium-sized bullets, and a single tank a little over an hour to empty...You'll need to empty the ice basket a couple of times. I have had this for a little over a month now and so far I really like it. The icemaker in our freezer stopped working for the hundredth time so I finally bought this. Makes ice pretty fast. It will fill our ice bucket in the freezer up in about a half a day. My only complaint is that the ice cubes are rather wet so when you put them in the freezer they all stick together so you have to be diligent on breaking them up periodically. The Alexa features feels so extra and unnecessary, but I love it so much. Awesome quality unit too! The ice shovel/scoop it comes with is very durable and has no problem breaking up ice.
