Let's start with the packing. Everything was well secured in the box and the cardboard even survived the rain on our front porch. There was a list of contents so you knew what you had. All the necessary tools were there. Instructions were written and illustrations included. They provided a website address and email if you ran into difficulties (which we didn't), although a toll-free number would have been nice. This is a very well built scooter with vivid colors. The handle, which will move the front wheels for steering, even comes with a compass, but I don't think our 3-year-old will be able to understand it for a while. The back brake looks easy to use. Boy, I was surprised by this product. First, it was easy to put together plus it even came with the tools required, which was a great help especially when you have a three-year-old who is pulling on your arm with excitement. Another lovely touch is the compass on the handlebars. While my three-year-old was not sure what it was, it drew curiosity about how that simple little dial worked. Beyond the physical sturdiness of the product, the lit wheels were well-made and not too bright. One question I do have with this product is the long-term durability of it. I constantly have to remind my husband (and myself) of the 110 pound limit because we both try to sneak in rides on this scooter while my daughter is at school. She loves it so much! It glides so smoothly from side to side! It's stable enough for my daughter to do her little tricks as you see in the picture. It came with all the pieces and took about 5 minutes to put together! The light up feature is great for out little night time strolls through the neighborhood as well! Getting this scooter was a great way to start the summer break, its stable, overall good quality and looks adorable. The handle bars are at the perfect height as well. It comes with a compass in the middle of the handle bars but that never worked, It would have been a great way to teach my kid about directions, but oh well. Another issue is that one of the wheels doesn't light up anymore, it did for the first week and the stopped working, hopefully the others keep working. ... show more

My five year old loves this scooter and it has some room to grow. He’s using it on the lowest handlebar height. The light up wheels are cool, the break works well, and he even likes the little compass on the middle of the handlebar. He won’t be using it much… we bought this to keep in FL at my mom’s so I can’t say much about durability and today was our first time using it.
