This is a very cute scooter well made for the price point. We received the scooter boxed nicely;however, it was missing parts. I reached out a few times to customer support who responded quickly but didn’t follow up :-(. I received several emails asking for the same information that was provided in my 1st reply. Finally, We just went out and purchased the missing screws and it works fine. My granddaughter (age 4) actually loves the wide Anti-Slip foot board and how easy it is to maneuver the handlebars. No learning curb. The led wheels light up and the color is great. It was very easy to assemble. Even though there were missing parts and communication issues- I’d purchase the scooter again. I’d get her the scooter option w/ seat. I think it’s the KS3model. We have the KS1 and she’s very happy - so I’m happy and will continue to recommend this brand and models. Also, We walk a lot on pavement and gravel -no complaints from the princess rolling over the gravel. We added the KEMIMOTO Bike Cup Holder, Bike Water Bottle Holder Handlebar with Mesh Pockets to use with her Contigo Leighton Straw Tumbler, 14 oz

We bought this for our 5 year old and we absolutely love it. Yes I said WE! This scooter is durable and hold my weight of 105 pounds. The wheels make a smooth jelly ride and they also light up. You have to lean to steal it,and it's wide enough for 2 kids to glide around on. Our daughter has it in the house and rides it everywhere, she hardly walks around after buying this.

Getting this scooter was a great way to start the summer break, its stable, overall good quality and looks adorable. The handle bars are at the perfect height as well. It comes with a compass in the middle of the handle bars but that never worked, It would have been a great way to teach my kid about directions, but oh well. Another issue is that one of the wheels doesn't light up anymore, it did for the first week and the stopped working, hopefully the others keep working.
