Its really a small hoverboard but its for indoor use only as it has small wheels compared to others so it cannot be used outside , but its really good for beginners as it has a small wheel base and the speed is also low so its good for beginners to use and learn how to operate it. The wheels also have led inside and it lits up the path as you ride it.

Hoverboard works well when charged fully HOWEVER be aware the charge does not last very long. My son is 9 and roughly 90 pounds and it lasts maybe 10-15 mins. We use it with the seat attachment which we purchased separately. He can typically ride it around a mile before it dies. He has a blast on it but if the battery lasted longer I would have given it more stars.

I got this for my son and we had issues with the battery. Their customer service got a hold of me after I emailed them and sent a new one quickly. The new hoverboard is great and we appreciate the quick response from the company to make it right. I would buy from them again.

I really made a right choice to buy this balance scooter. The design is very beautiful, with lights on both sides of the roller and under it, and you can easily see the road at night without street lights. Besides, the battery is very durable and can be used for many days once charged. Let my kids exercise the sense of balance, adults and children can play, family slide preferred, I like its light color very much, very beautiful, very recommended a product.

We were thinking of returning it in the beginning because of the strong smell. And the smell went away when I finally get a time to return, so we decided to give it a try. It's not super heavy, my 7YO has no problem carrying it around by herself. It also light up, which she likes aloe. It's easy to roll on carpet, wood floor. ground , and grass. When using on grass for 30mins, it might show no battery but still work if you use it on easier surface. Battery is fine.

Purchased early and given as a gift. It did not work from the start. Beware, there is short return window for returning, and the "help" number is not a working number. There is no way to return/get a working product/get a refund. Very disappointing.
