Feels very sturdy and well made, easy to fold down and put in the back of my CRV... it's a little heavier than I expected at 60 pounds (feels like more, but then... i'm not getting any younger) lol 😆 Rides really smooth and has plenty of power. I specifically bought one with a detachable seat because I just had knee surgery and it's currently better to sit. My preferred Scooter riding modality is to stand... feels more like surfing or skiing that way and I feel more engaged as well as having a better view! For now, however I'm grateful for the seat (which is very comfortable and well padded) I also like that it has lights in front, back and along the platform... the cool, blue lights add a nice touch for visibility. (I added more reflective tape cause I figure... better to be extra visible since there are a lot of distracted drivers out there

Not happy at all one week i used it and the rear tire is flat it want take air and it is to complicated to replace the tire

My husband researched scooters as he has bad knees and needs to walk across campus at work and carry computer components from time to time. Important features were a seat, ability to adjust height, and easy to transport/store. This scooter was approved as an accommodation by his employer (state agency) and it is helping reduce long walks. He uses a backpack to carry what he needs and keeps it at a low speed. It collapses efficiently to an easy to transport size, either in his CRV or in the backseat of the truck. While he doesn't use it daily, I don't think he has charged it again after one month of use. Now that we are entering cold and possible snow weather, it will be interesting to see how the battery holds up. All and all, this is a win and it should help him get back to work faster after knee replacement.

We received a scooter back in 2023. We had it for less than 60 days and the tires blew. We contacted the company. They will not replace the tires even with a two year warranty within three months. So we decided to get a new scooter, hoping that if we paid more and got the bigger one, it would be a better option. That however, is not what we got so please be sure you know what to do and know how to change a scooter tire. It’s not a simple as a bike. It’s very complicated and you have to make sure that you have the right inner tubes. Don’t try and call the company because you’ll get a voicemail saying that you need to call back between normal business hours even though it’s only 2 o’clock. It’s been almost a year and they still have to get back to me or replace anything that has been broken on it. I have a two year warranty on it so that is pretty useless. Don’t waste your money if you don’t know what you’re doing.

I took a while writing this review because the 1st day I rode it, the back tire went flat from a bad inner tube because of the valve stem being too short. The valve stem is short and barely sticking out of the wheel & is hard to fill with air. In the box they do give u an extension to fill the back tire with air. My value stem seemed to be smaller then normal. I contacted the manufacturer and they did send me a replacement inner tube. Replacing the rear inner tube is no easy task, I had take the whole rear out. Non the less after a long struggle with the rear tire & inner tube I was able to replace the inner tube and put everything back. I pumped up the inner tube and went for a ride and I gotta say it rides better now then when I 1st got it. Absorbs the impacts quite well with its front and rear suspension. The original seat was comfortable & worked well, I did change mine however because I wanted something more comfortable and nicer looking. I customized mine with lights and accessories. Has 3 different drive/ speed modes. With 20 mph max speed. Has dual drum brakes that can be adjusted. Has a digital lock to prevent someone from riding it. When u 1st get it you have to enter/ set a password or you can't ride it. It's not hard to set up. Follow instructions in the manual and will guide you through it. Also this is a kick start e scooter. U have to kick start ( push the scooter & get it moving) the scooter and then hit throttle and it will get moving. The motor is powerful and has the ability to help you climb up inclines with plenty of power to keep u moving. Has cruise control... Was very sturdy in holding me up and I weight under the 260lbs Max load for this e scooter is 264lbs and has the power to move me and not bogged down. Even with my experience and the rear inner tube messing up at 1st, & manufacturer sending me a replacement at no cost to me, I still gotta say this was an awesome e scooter and rides well and has decent power and torque. Brakes are pretty good and are adjustable... I haven't gone long distances on it yet. But I know it will do it and make it without a problem. Handle bars hold up well under bumbs and are very sturdy and stable. Very nice e scooter and well made and rides very well and has some good power and good braking power too and some Good features....

The media could not be loaded. The two lever braking system is great for braking left or right hands or together. The security code was easy to figure out. The item is very heavy and stout not at all flimsy. The seat adjusts both up down as well as forward and back. The braking system is already put together and we did not have to do anything else other than adjusting the seat height and tightening the clamp. I found I needed some help to lift the scooter into my car. The scooter was just as easy to tear down as it was to put together. The bell sound is mediocre but I also have never needed to use it. The cruise control is automatic if you’re cruising for longer than several seconds and deactivated if either brake is tapped. The seat is wide and comfortable. The directions tell you the scooter is not water resistant and can damage the electrical system. I highly recommend you read the directions thoroughly because I missed this the first time I read the directions.
