While buying somethings on Amazon is a no brainer, furniture is something that can give you pause. I can say these chairs are Awesome and they are at a Great Price! So much online furniture is wobbly/rickety afler a short time. I found the material to be of good quality and very strong. The design for assembly seems to be well thought out and easy to assemble. The only complaint I could have it all is that the directions could be a little bit better for the novice. If you're handy, you shouldn't have any issues putting these chairs together. They are very comfortable in look amazing. We are going through a renovation right now and they make the perfect edition to our island bar.

I recently purchased a set of chairs from this seller and unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. The chairs are of poor quality, with several issues that make them uncomfortable and unsafe. The most glaring problem is the uneven legs, resulting in a wobbly and unstable seating experience. It's frustrating that the basic construction wasn't properly checked, as this makes the chairs feel flimsy and unreliable.The screw holes are defective which makes them even more difficult to assemble. Moreover, the lack of support in the seat is a major concern. Sitting on these chairs feels like a precarious experience, as if you might fall through at any moment. It's certainly not the kind of stability and comfort one expects from a chair. Adding to my disappointment is the customer service. Unfortunately, they have not been helpful at all. The emails they send are uninformative and lack any real assistance. To make matters worse, their tone has been rude and condescending, which is completely uncalled for when a customer is reaching out for help. In conclusion, I strongly advise against purchasing these chairs from this seller. The poor quality, wobbly construction, and lack of support make them an impractical and potentially unsafe choice. Given the unhelpful and disrespectful customer service, it's clear that there are better options available elsewhere on Amazon. Save yourself the frustration and look for chairs from a more reliable and customer-friendly seller.
